“We discovered Herbay Pharmacy when the first Covid vaccines became available. We called to see if they had vaccines and made an appt for the next day. The pharmacist is delightful: kind, helpful, with great questions and advice. After years at Walgreens and CVS, with terrible customer service and long lines, I immediately started sending all prescriptions to Herbay. So much better! I even get personal calls from the pharmacist when it's time to refill prescriptions. She has them done within the hour, and there's never any hassle.I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. This is how a pharmacy should work! Efficient, amazing customer service, and really good people. If you're looking for a pharmacy, choose Herbay. And if you have a pharmacy that isn't terrific, make the switch!”

“I am very pleased with CVS. They work hard to make sure that my son's seizure medications are available at the time we need to get refills. Some of the meds are common, but some require effort on the part of my CVS pharmacist, and they do a really great job!”

“This will be brief I still dont feel great. But HAD to THANK Julie, the Pharmacist and Yismar from Door dash for EVERYTHING! Their kindness, and helping me get really needed medication last night. What better way to help evaluate 'relocating' to an area than experiencing people who care when you're sick. Caught covid on flight from FL. Thumbs down to the selfish old guy coughing on everyone. I should've worn a mask. Julie & the Pharmacist (sorry too sick to ask ur name)YOU MADE IT HAPPEN.You ARE everything thats good in our world. Sincerely , 'forever grateful' Thank full for YOU!”

“I had a very good customer service experience. A very nice lady helped me deal with the insurance, explained everything, answered all the questions. Very fast service. It is very nice when you are treated politely and take care of you. Thank you.”

“Excellent, helpful, highly professional pharmacy staff. Was able to fill a prescription while in Santa Barbara without issue. These other reviews must be catching them on very bad days, nothing at all like the pharmacy I experienced. My thanks again.”

“The difference in customer service from Costco is amazing. The pharmacy at CVS is rude and dismissive. Tonight I spoke with Kim at the Costco Pharmacy. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend the Costco Pharmacy and wish my insurance company didn't force me to use CVS now.”

“Thank you CVS pharmacists and employees for taking care of my families needs. My anger and exasperation is with the corporate offices and officers for driving patrons crazy in your schemes to make your more and more money. My doctors and I definitely do not want a three month supply of any medications. Stop texting patrons with these text, stop the for permission to fill medication that the patient is no longer taking and most all stop putting your dictated employees in the line of fire because CVS corporate is behaving like it more interested profits than human beings. Any text I get other than concerning mediation that I or my doctors requested, I will consider it harassment. A patrons texts should only be used to inform the person that their medication is ready, that the pharmacist is waiting for refill instructions from your doctor or there is some type of delay. Better a conduit to communicate back and forth with the pharmacist to solve a problem with a prescription. Your phone system is beyond broken and your app does allow messaging to pharmacists. It is easier to answer a text than take a phone call. You are waistline your employees precious time because patients do not have easy and reasonable way to communicate a problem, concern or prescription problem with the pharmacist.CVS Corporate still gets O stars!”

“Finally, a legitimate drug store on this side of town! There's been nothing west of Fairview ever since the Rite Aid in the Plaza Shopping Center closed down some years ago. I enjoy this particular CVS as it's in a newer building, offers ample parking along with a drive-thru pharmacy. It's always clean and well-stocked, and pricing is reasonable. I was in here the other day and received the best customer service from Elaine, the cashier. She was so kind and friendly with me. Really made my day. I will he sure to come by here the next time I'm in need of a drug store item.”

“Been using this pharmacy for 9 months and I personally have never had issues. Wait times can be a little long depending on when you go, but it’s always been very simple and easy for me. For the actual store, similar but I just grab what I want and do self-checkout.”
