The difference in customer service from Costco is amazing. The pharmacy at CVS is rude and dismissive. Tonight I spoke with Kim at the Costco Pharmacy. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend the Costco Pharmacy and wish my insurance company didn't force me to use CVS now.
