“Rick and his team are amazing. I have been in multiple times some just for questions and advice some for quotes. I really appreciate the fact that he doesn't like to quote over the phone and just through numbers at you he wants you to come in so he can see what they are working with to give the best options for you specific wants and needs. They don't try and upsell you on other items they have if you come in with your own stuff wanting an install. I took my ram there to have my old system pulled out and new installed. Rick helped me pick what head unit would work best for my wants to match the amp and subs I already had to replace my old ones and the work they did on the instal is amazing couldn't tell that they had been in and behind the dash and the rest of my trim. Recently went in again to upgrade to a new sub and again awesome help and offered me multiple options within my budget that were well worth it. Couldn't be happier with the help and work I have gotten done there. I will be recommending friends and family to go there as well as they will have my repeat business for a long time to come.”

“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. “I am 64 years old and not very modern technology oriented but I did just buy Samsung Galaxy A23 5G which I love and want to know everything about it. I went to Cricket store because I received messages to update the software and needed WiFi for that. I was slightly frustrated because I didn't have WiFi. That's where I met Hakeem who immediately put the smile on my face. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain to me how everything works, let me use WiFi in the store to update software and I left very happy with this incredible service. Thank you Hakeem and Cricket.”
