“Just like everyone else I went to this location to mail a package, left with my receipt and tracking number and thought that was the end of it. Several weeks later I contacted the company to see if they received the product I sent them, they said they did not and they need the tracking number. Since there was approximately two weeks from when I sent the package to when they should've received it I discarded the paperwork. I went to the store to ask if they could help me locate the tracking number. They very easily could have said, "no that information is purged from our system after a week", or "once an item is shipped we do not keep tracking numbers" or whatever excuse they wanted to come up with. But instead, both the lady at the store and her husband went out of their way to locate the tracking number and help me find out that this item was received by the company it was sent to. I was the one that lost the paperwork, but they took it upon themselves to painstakingly go through all of the items that were shipped and were able to locate the tracking number. To me, that is true customer service!”
