“Fastest, kindest service I’ve ever encountered in a USPS store. ?? in and out in 20 seconds
My local post office is bad attitude HQ, so it was wonderful to be asked “how are you? :)” for once”
“Tina and Rosie are awesome! When I arrived there was a very ling line but they are doing a great job helping customers through their tight space and are doing so with such great energy! Thank you for making this a pleasant experience!”
“I went in and there was a long line. I thought I would be in line forever, but there was a Supervisor assisting what customers he could, which impacted how long the line was. Before I knew it, I was being served by one of the 2 window clerks. I was thanked for waiting in line. The Supervisor also thanked me for waiting in line as I left. Seemed to me the folks working there were doing their best to serve the customers as best they could.”
“I went at 1PM on a Thursday and it was easy, with no line and 2 front desk staff working. They were friendly and helped me take care of my change of address even though I had to pull up some of my info online. ??”
“I came in today to get my passport. Christian was real helpful. He pulled me out of the line help me out with the applications. I forgot my glasses even filled out the return envelope for my passport very good employee thank you USPS and Christian.”
“Parking is AWFUL! However, the customer service team is always helpful and friendly which I have never experienced in any other post office. Like the one in Verdugo Road where the attendants are incredibly rude.”
