“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

Kid-friendliness: Tho kids are welcome, there are a lot of people working on their laptops- and only 1 connect 4 set to entertain the kids. Still good to catch a break and grab coffee”
“Not since I was a young boy/teenager/young adult visiting my relatives in the 475-person (+/-), very, very small town of Chamois, Missouri, have I even felt remotely close to the level of hometown, highly personalized financial services that you receive everyday at the GFCU. While all of their employees are awesome, the two that I have dealt with and who have taken care of me perfectly (not an exaggeration) for years and years are Branch Manager Laura M. and VP of Operations Arpi K.! I've had to go thru three major financial reorganizations, as the result of my not staying focused on my finances as I should. Laura and Arpi have treated me like a family member each and every time, and have never made me feel poorly for the way I've handled my affairs. Their second reorganization allowed me to finally purchase a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry SE, literally just one month before Covid hit, which saved my caboose, as I'm a Type 2 Diabetic! Even though I still maintain a few accounts with one of the largest banks of the Pacific West, the STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received from Laura and Arpi from Day 1 has been ... and will continue to be unparalled! What is so astonishing to me, is that it seems to come so naturally them ... never forced. And let me tell you, throughout my adventurous financial travels with the GFCU, I've needed a lot of "hand-holding" at times ... and not once was my hand in need not being held and guided to the calming state you feel when your whole being simply knows that only your very best interest is being protected and supported by the PHENOMENAL GFCU FAMILY!! I will forever be indebted and grateful for the entire GFCU Entity as a whole ... both the institution itself and the wonderful, family-like GFCU Team Members!! “I was looking to buy a new Tesla Model Y during the last 2023 XMAS season and was looking around to get a new car loan. A quick online search showed that most auto loan rates are all between 6%-8% nationwide. It seemed like it was not a good time to buy and finance a new car.So I contacted Clearpath FCU as I used to have a car loan with them before, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to offer the best interest rate at 6.00%, beating Tesla own financing rate and other financial institutions in this unfavorable market condition. So, I started a new loan process and was helped by Carlos Dominguez, the loan officer of the Burbank branch. Within 2 business days, I got a pre-approval letter for my loan at the lowest interest possible.Once I settled on the specific car of my choice and put down a deposit to secure the car, I sent Carlos the purchase order, and within 2 business days, a check was readily available for me to come pick up at the branch counter (I could have it FedEx to me as well but that would take another day). When I went pick-up my car at the Tesla Point of Sale, I just gave them the bank check, signed some paperwork, then drove my car away...Thanks to Clearpath FCU and Carlos, who went above and beyond all my expectations, my car purchase experience was straightforward and utterly smooth. “Margaret Voskanian is absolutely the most phenomenal hardworking loan officer you can ever ask for! She and her team are extremely efficient and helpful. On top, her rates are super competitive that even our home builder could not match. After initially working with Bank of America who would request multiple documents to the point it felt like a whirlwind, working with Margaret at CCU was truly rejuvenating. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your loan needs.”

“Came with a problem left very happy. The cashier Elizabeth was very welcoming. I presented my time sensitive problem and immediately she called her manager Maral. The manager listened to me very carefully and politely asked for couple of minutes to resolve it. She came up with a solution and solved my issue. “I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!”

“There are three ATMs outside of this Wells Fargo, as well as a locked deposit box for businesses. Two ATMs are to the left of the building looking at it from the street and the other is a drive thru around the back of the building.”
“I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.”
