There is a parking lot too behind the store which is very convenient since parking is tough in this area. The customer service is excellent. “I took my Cartier Roadster into Revoke based on reviews from google. The watch had never been serviced since I acquired it ten years ago. I wore it nearly every day and the case + bracelet showed its used. My roadster finally fell behind in timing so I took it in for its first overhaul and polish. The watch was beat up cosmetically after a decade of use so my expectations were curbed because I have seen awful polishing jobs on other watches (not from Revoke). Via email, Revoke assured me that his work will bring it back to new so I allowed him to polish the case and bracelet. When I went back to the lab to pick up the watch from its service, I was absolutely stunned to see the watch look brand new. The man is an artist. His work is impeccable. The watch looks so new that I'm reluctant to wear it again. He is the only person I will trust my watches with.”
