“I had a pleasure purchasing from this great place! The neckties I bought for my loved ones were great, with luxury packaging. But when I got my scarf, I didn’t want to take it out from the packaging-it was sooo nice and beautiful! I get compliments wearing it now”

“For years, MindfulNest has been my go-to spot for unique and thoughtful gifts. Amanda, the owner, curates a beautiful selection of cards, jewelry, art pieces, and trinkets – there's always something special for everyone on my list. Last weekend, I dashed into MindfulNest in a last-minute card frenzy, only to realize I'd left my wallet at home. I explained my predicament to Amanda, hoping she'd put the card on hold for me. To my astonishment, she smiled and said, "Just take it and bring me the money next time you're in!" I was floored! This act of kindness cemented my loyalty to MindfulNest more than ever. It's not just a store; it's a place where genuine connections and community thrive.”

“What a cute shop! Searching for a gift or a treat for yourself, they've got you covered. Jewelry, mugs, tea towels, candles, cards, bags... tons of goodies. I love walking into a great smelling, clean & well designed shop. If those things are missing I turn right around. Located on the corner with plenty of nearby parking.”

“I wanted to get a thank you present for my OB who delivered our baby and my appt with her was at 9:30, this place opened at 9. The lady had to set up, but let me wait inside. I ordered a thank you box with strawberries and other assorted fruits. It ended up being $60 but I was able to get this before my doctors appt. Great service, easy parking and nice presentation!”

“Big fan of Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle, but especially this bright easy peasy shop filled to the brim with cute collectibles, fun figurines, plushy things, tea sets, chopstick sets, home goods, posters, clothing, candy, accessories, and oh so much more!Located on the ground floor of the Burbank Town Center just before Mrs. Field's Cookies and Macy's, past the food court and World Market on the right hand side if entering from Magnolia Blvd from the main entrance of the mall... On the left ,if coming from Macy's and the Cypress Avenue side/main parking garage. This store is always well kept and the customer service is through the roof. Some items can run higher than you'd expect but being a specialty gift shop and toy store of sorts it's hard to find half of what they carry at a better deal, if they aren't already the best deal. Definitely prefer coming in and to this location over others or navigation the website which has a faulty store locator feature. Online shopping may be the best for some places, but for TJL in-store and on the floor is what you should adore.Visit the Burbank - Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle... It's super kawaii!!”

“Every bit the delight I thought it would be. Reasonable pricing, fun names for food, great theme and of course, everything was delicious. A great experience in all.I would recommend going on a week day so it’s not too crowded and you can actually enjoy the entire experience”

“This store has been on my bookmark/collection for quite some time. I hardly am in this area but when I knew I would be somewhat in the area, I decided to make a mandatory stop. The store actually has a new location which is literally a few doors/feet down. You can park on the street or on the side of store but not too many spots. As soon as you step foot into the store, you are transported to Halloween Town, Spooky Town, or your worst nightmare. From classic horror films to pop culture villains, you will find anything your little black heart desires. Prices are a bit high but lots of items to choose from. Definitely a place to check out, especially if you are spooky!”
