“Went on their site to order custom cable, selected the color of cable, ordered, they sent me the wrong color, informed me their website ordering was messed up and they wouldn't be able to get the correct cable within three weeks as they were out of stock. After some back and forth they were able to get me an equivalent cable shipped out and solved the issue with great customer service.”
“When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

“Not bad for this 7-Eleven location to visit in Glendale Broadway (next to the donut shop.) The clerk is doing well so friendly. Selling Monster Energy drinks, sodas, snacks grill food items such as hot dogs, pizzas & chicken wings etc. Soda fountain is well cleaned nice fresh environment. Keep it up. The location I always visited one in next to GPD (Glendale Police Department) looks different. Best so far. I’m craving for Sour Patch & Oreo snacks. Obtain extra points on 7-Rewards app.”

“Went to 7-11 on Olive and Victory for free slurpees on July 11th w/ our kids around 10am only to be told they don't start giving slurpees till 11am till 7pm. Thought that was odd since they are not called 11-7, so we went to another 7-11 on 843 West Glenoaks Blvd and they welcomed us w/ a big friendly smile and pointed to where we could get the cups. We ended up getting slurpees and hotdogs and the kids where super happy! Just wanted to share the quality of service we received. Will not be going spending my money at the one on Olive and Victory. Would gladly go the extra mile for friendly service that wants our business!”

“Spent 1 hr on the phone with TMobile to remove a number from my account and add another - after 5 hours the process with the new number wasn’t done right. Walked into TMobile in the Glendale Galleria and lucked out by having the Store Manager Erick help us out. He got us a cool new number, a new SIM card and checked on my plan in less than 3 minutes. Great service, BEYOND fast and despite the 20 people in the store- I waited 2 mins for someone to help me! All around 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This has been my go-to neighborhood store for the last 20 years. Employees have always been great and friendly to me. Honestly this is the only 7-11 I would shop at in Glendale. All the others don't care about mask mandates or keeping clean. This location from the beginning in 2020 has done their best to stay clean and hygienic.”
