People answering on the phone need training for good customer service. It is either no one will answer or a not polite employee you will speak to you. Definitely this bank should close and hire new trained employees.

Very unprofessional staff, with ugly attitudes to clients. I wonder they get a job in Chase.U guys should work somewhere in fields but not with people. Excellent bank, they solved all my questions, I would like to especially mention Youssef Nehmi, who showed outstanding intelligence when solving my problems.
