The only very minor issue that I’ve experienced was locating the right key in which I highly recommend having a much better key management not having majority of the keys in one holder.”

“Needed a car same day as my own car was being serviced at a nearby dealership. Was able to make my reservation online, walk over, talked to the very nice guy at the desk (Harrison) who helped me out. I think I was rolling in 7, maybe 8 minutes, which was fantastic to be able to keep my day moving. Drop-off was similarly easy, Harrison was still there, remembered me, checked out the car, and got me my receipt. Really a fantastic and easy experience, will be my go-to whenever my car is being serviced nearby or I need a car in Glendale.”

I have horror stories from the competitors and was just about ready to rent from Turo, but this Avis location changed my mind on everything.And I want to thank one of the workers, Deion (hope I'm spelling it correctly).
