“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.”

“A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. Norik and Renew provided me with a great experience and impeccable results...I told him I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future and he replied he hopes I never have to. Tl;dr - Highly recommend Renew and Norik!”

“I first took my black Honda civic to these guys at the recommendation of my Honda dealer - that says a lot if the guys who do my oil changes and car maintenance recommend a place. I recently had to take my car in again and these guys accommodated me in every way. They were able to get my car in first thing in the morning, they coordinated with my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with any of that and they even had a car there that I could rent while my car was being worked on. They even went above and beyond by calling me an Uber to take me home ! Alex , Zack and Simon are all incredibly helpful and make you feel like they are your knowledgeable big brothers who are there to take care of you and your car”

They used original parts, communicated progress during the repair, cleaned the car and gave us full documentation of what was done. This was the second time we had Cars America CC fix one of our cars, with years passing between visits, yet our experience was above and beyond our expectations both times. My representative for the visit, Nichole was extremely professional, knowledgeable, a super nice human being and worked with me on the price as it was more than I expected to pay for the visit initially. “Manny has made this the best experience ever. He got my car completed so fast. I had a Kia optima and I called around to a lot of different shops and all of these shops told me that parts were on back order and it will take months for the part to even get sent to the shop. I came across California collision and he was able to get the parts and have my car completely done in a week in a half. He also communicated with me the whole time and every step of what was happening with my car. And most important of all ... my car looked good when I picked it up. It did not look rushed or half done. I am so thankful for him and his team!”
“They are AMAZING!! I needed my bumper secured. Other body shops were going to charge me a couple hundred dollars. Dave looked at it and was able to fix it free of charge. He also gave me quotes for some other small repairs and it was a lot less than other places. “Sam was really great to work with, and went above and beyond to help repair our 2011 Hyundai Elantra’s bumper, grill, and undercarriage after a minor accident (hit a cone on the freeway).
Sam kept true to his quote, the price was 900, which compared to other shops was extremely reasonable. He was extremely friendly, transparent, helped us with our insurance claim, and offered me a ride back to my place after dropping it off. I politely declined, but that’s just because I was looking forward to taking a scooter home on that beautiful day.
Got the car back in a couple days, and he’s cleaned the car inside and out. Such awesome service, I highly highly recommend.”
