Got lost & accidentally parked at The Americana, got nervous & couldn't turn around. Asked for help here & I guess my tenure as a 16+ year customer helped. One of the associates promptly assisted me. Merci!

Worst customer service, racist white employees, they chose to stand there didn't even turn on her little helping tablet, just stood there listening to our issue, a brown guy came from behind her to assist us, WOW!! My money is just as green as the white people seriously, just because we weren't in name brand clothing doesn't mean you have to look down on us. What an eye opening experience for my nephew and his first iPhone, we had to go inside the galleria to get actual decent non racist non biased assistance. Never ever will we come back to this apple store. What a disgrace of people you have working here, I work on Rodeo Dr in Beverly hills and even there, people don't act this stuck up.

Easy as Apple pie!Apple - The Americana at Brand has a beautiful layout with huge large windows overlooking other store, shops, patrons and things to enjoy at this open air mall experience. There is rarely a long wait for service and usually still a great amount of room to walk about and enjoy the classics as well as the latest in Apple software, computers and various devices. Apple at Brand is located toward the back half of the Americana near the parking structure entrance/exit a few feet away from the Cheesecake Factory and directly by the pond and grassy area.I've been an apple user for my personal and professional laptops, desktops and pads, though not an iphone user. You can purchase whatever is in stock online for pickup, drop off devices for care as well as shop in-store as well as by appointment.Genius bar requires appointments, but you can make these in the store as well... Just expect a bit more of a wait.Open everyday until 9PM and as early as 10AM every day of the week (except Sundays at 11AM).

Brought my macbook for repair since it was overheating. They said they need to change the heat sink or the fans. They kept it for a week and apparently send it to second location for repair. After 1 week they told me that they have rebooted it and it fixed the problem! Meanwhile it still overheats pretty bad… Do they think people are stupid? Worst experience I’ve ever had with apple

Recent experience I had with the purchase of a new smartphone from the Apple store in Glendale, CA on October 13, 2023The phone I acquired cost $1,700, and I also opted for the "AppleCare" damage and loss prevention plan, which amounted to $299. The Apple store technician kindly assisted in setting up my new phone, and transferring the data from my old, leaving me a satisfied customer. He was however very distracted and had to come back to me many times. However, on October 20th, I found myself in an unfortunate situation while visiting Miami. I inadvertently left my phone behind in an Uber ride. My immediate response was to attempt locating it using Apple's tracking software, "Find My iPhone." To my dismay, I was informed by Apple support that "Find My iPhone" had never been activated on my device. I contacted the Uber driver but he could not find the phone. Consequently, my phone appears to be lost irretrievably. In the aftermath of this incident, I filed a claim with AppleCare (AIG) on the 21st. Today, I received notice that my claim has been denied, citing the absence of "Find My iPhone" activation as the reason. As a non-technical individual, it came as a surprise to me that the tracking feature needs to be manually reactivated after the initial setup. I believe it should be the responsibility of Apple's technicians to reinstate this feature before returning the device to the customer. It is a common assumption among Apple customers, like myself, that the insurance coverage would apply regardless of the tracking status.I'm out almost 2K, lesson learned I guess and the lesson is that those Apple "genius" really are.... also make sure your ring my iPhone is on or no apple care..

This location is not helpful at all. If you're late to an appointment, they give you a ridiculous wait time for an issue that shouldn't have even happened. I would avoid this specific store when needing service.

Consistently slow service at the Genius Bar. Staff seems to be working hard, but noticeably understaffed for the amount of traffic the Americana gets.

My review is on the Apple store in the americana in Glendale. I had the pleasure of going there as soon as they opened first thing in the morning which meant I didn't have to wait in a long line. I didn't have to eat in the wait one minute for someone to say, can I help you which I thought was great and they genuinely seem like they want to help in there and I was having a problem with my phone I want to recognize two people Michelle Lee genius with her pink hair was so kind so funny, so professional and so knowledgeable she didn't make me feel as stupid as I felt regarding my Apple phone issue. It was also a young man there named Andy, who was also very kind and helpful. These two people were not the initial people helping me. It was a guy name Jeff, but GEOFF did not seem very interested in helping me he started off, helping me told me what I needed to do And then he was onto the next person he didn't have time to answer all my questions, etc. etc. but Michelle and Andy they did and Michelle and Andy were helping other people and still took the time to help me. I had a great experience at the Apple store in the americana. I've never had a good one at the Apple store in Glendale, which is why I did not go there. The only thing about going to the americana is the parking, but if you can find a good spot on the street right there on Brand. You're doing well because they're close to the outside perimeter. Thank you Apple store in the americana.

Not great. Brought my computer there for a battery swap. "Genius" told me 1-3 days. A snarky female named Raya answered the store phone and it felt like i was interrupting someone at home. Just a "hi..." she proceeds to tell me that the repair is 3-5 business days, gives me a half-assed apology and just had an unhelpful attitude. Go to a different store.
