“I like that it's not super congested here. The downside is having to drive to different parking lots to get to specific stores but that's also the luxury of getting more stores. They definitely have a variety of stores. I gave it a 4 because it's not anything special over other outlets. There definitely has to be better food options at these outlets because it can definitely be an all day event.”

“I visited this Gilroy branch a month and a half ago or so and forgot to write a review. I usually go to the Hollister branch, but knew this branch was much quicker for what I needed. Luis Patiño and his manager were able to help my mother and me add needed information to our accounts. Luis and his manager went out of their way to help us with some additional needs. They went way above and beyond and I was so thankful. Amazing customer service!”
