Tod in the service department went out of his way to help with my 2023 Escalade. I had an appointment for Wednesday got me in Tuesdays because I had some concerns with check engine light. Just had my car serviced at Gilroy Chevrolet they did an awesome job car was done early. When I went to pick the car up I was late, after 5. The lady opened the cage back up and took my payment. She was awesome!!!!
