I recommended this bank to my parents as someone who uses Chase. Yet they weren't attended well, and were handled by a passive aggressive American lady. I was greatly upset hearing this as I was at work.

Chase ATM did not dispense the money, and they told us to contact our bank - instead of giving us our $$.Chase ripped us off, not our bank!!
