“Highly recommend! They were so nice and helpful. My battery light came on while driving and my car actually died in their parking lot. They diagnosed that it was the alternator and charged my battery overnight so I could get it to the shop the next morning. They helped me put the battery back in and did all of this free of charge. Thank you soooo much O'Reillys!”
“Jacob was excellent!! I just crashed the left side drivers mirror off and when I walked into Auto Zone carrying it, he asked “How’s your day going?” So funny. But then he didn’t order me the first one he could find. He went through his computer screen after screen until he found me the one that matched, fit and had the best price. “I took my car here after it was keyed and Harvey took such good care of me. He was incredibly nice and made me feel less embarrassed about the situation. He fixed my car in 2 days which is really really quick for how deep the scratches were. I also have a black car which is one of the hardest colors to match, and he matched it perfectly. If I ever need any body work done again, I will most definitely come back. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body work.”

“They , as Walmart ALWAYS does , did get the tires we ordered only they said they didn’t , cuz they were shipped as well, BIG ROUND MICHELIN 4X4TIRES SO THEY EA HAD A SHIPPING LABEL STUCK TO THEM! The manager saw only one with my name and couldn’t put 2 N 2 together - so they canceled my apt , BEFORE we even got there - my auto mechanic saved our Xmas holiday by picking them up FOR us & taking them to a Tire shop for alignment etc ! FIX AUTO BTW , don’t care what you need these people are TOP & I mean TOP NOTCH GO BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED, COMPANY . I love Walmart & they will forever have my loyalty- the Auto center however , needs to step aside , let me see for 3 weeks & it will be running tops & the team happy !”

“Went to hyundai next door, we had bought 2 cars there (in the family) in the last couple years. Went there and let's day I ended up here at Toyota. The lady who helped us was very nice, the finance guy was amazing (older Asian gent I loved him so much super nice guy). Did not screw us on the markup and everything was as you would hope it would be.”

“To preface, this was a 3 day process for me. I went in to look at an Ioniq 6 and was helped by Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very relatable. He never made me feel any pressure in purchasing the vehicle and ever offered to show me other cars to make sure the Ioniq 6 was the vehicle I wanted. The test drive went smoothly but I did want to take a day to think about it. I showed up the next day and unfortunately Chris had the day off. Thankfully I was helped by another great individual, Grant. He was able to answer all the additional questions I had and made me feel confident in my vehicle choice. I did want to check out other dealerships before making my decision, so I left and planned to come back another day. Now this is where I realized Hyundai of Gilroy was different. Not only did the other dealerships make me feel pressured to buy, but Hyundai of Gilroy also had the best price by miles! The experience at Hyundai Gilroy was better, the prices were better, and the relationship they keep with you is better! Even though I was looking at other dealerships, Chris always wanted to see if there was anything he could do to help me in my decision making process. When I finally came in, the car I was looking at had already sold. I should have made the purchase on the first day I came in, but like I mentioned, I wanted to do my own research. Chris, Grant and I were able to get numbers situated on a similar spec'd Ioniq 6 and I walked out on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, their detailers had left for the day, but both Chris and Grant went above and beyond to personally work on my car theirselves AND also said to bring the car in tomorrow to have it professionally detailed. I've always believed in purchasing used cars but the gentlemen at Hyundai of Gilroy have completely changed my perspective. I cannot wait to do business with them again once I start looking at another car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you Chris and Grant for the excellent service you provided to me!”
