They didn't charge me for any of the parts and the total bill came in at $55 dollars. Auto center is on the side, away from the normal shopper traffic and has ample parking around, including enough space at service-entrance to drive in and park in line (if you have appointment).
Auto center might be understaffed since only 1 person was attending (not sure if due to holidays or that's typical) and that too everything (services checkin/checkout, customers trying to buy/inquire auto products - tires/batteries etc., going out to open the locked cages of precious items that Walmart thinks should be locked up :( ) appeared to being handled by 1 person, so there might be wait time, even if one has an appointment (hope they start online check-in for customers with appointments).
From looks of it, think mechanics themselves don't interact (or at least didn't appear to man the terminal when there was a queue forming) with the customers.”
