“Have been using Lopez X-ray for several years at my chiropractic office. Great service, they know their stuff and are two very nice men on top of that. Actually called today with a minor problem and Gilbert was ready to come right away. Me leaving earlier than usual was only thing preventing that.Not sure what happened with the 1 star review Robert K. gave them...can't even imagine that from these guys. And not sure why three reviews similar to mine are "not recommended". They are the real deal.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this family owned company.”

“If it wasn’t for Laura and Desiree , I wouldn’t be with ROTECH! I tried for over a year to finally receive my supplies for my CPAP! machine. It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up!
As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA! These two are the ONLY ONES that I have found at ROTECH that believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
