“Reback’s is a gem in the South Bay for hard to find plumbing parts. I had an old bath shower needed a pair of valve inserts, stem cover and handles. I went to several plumbing stores and could not find the right parts. Then I thought about Reback’s. I had been at Reback’s previously buying parts, the guy who helped me was not very friendly so I hesitated a little going there again. I was very delighted when Ethan offered me his help. He not only found me the right parts but also gave me detailed instructions on how to replace them. I replaced the parts without any issue!
