“Our plumber recommended for us to use Kohler as opposed to settling for what the BIG BOX stores offered. He was spot on! The store is organized & beautiful and the employees are beyond helpful! We were lucky enough to have Trish handle our purchase. She was patient and thoughtful even though we changed our minds! Responsive like there's no tomorrow - a lost art - FANTASTIC customer service! The owner also jump in to try to resolve it. At the end , they still finish a day behind ... BUT I still give the 5 stars for their workmanship and overall service. Just wish the communication would have been a bit better.”
