From walking in, I see familiar faces like LUIS and MARCUS. These two especially know how to treat their customers, as I'm sure all the customer care team does, but those two stand out to me because they've helped me a lot with my needs.
I am thankful for a hardware store like this in my area that is very helpful and has everything I need. I would recommend this store over any hardware store in this area!”

“Being that we are frequent flyers of Home Depot, I'm finding it very disturbing to know that the San Pedro store is having troubles with their inventory. The inconvenience of placing will call orders that can't be filled. I don't know if it's management not being on top of inventory or the lack of knowledge with management of how much to order. All I know is that it takes time out of our already busy schedules to have to track down materials from store to store. All I can say is "GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT" !!!
As for the store in general, all of the associates are great and go above and beyond to help get us what we need. We appreciate it, but think that it's a lot of extra work they shouldn't have to do.”

“Well there are many stores but I am sure that if something is missing that is not in other stores I will find it here. This person does not want to change the entire bathroom extractor fan and it is quite old. This store does have it. And after looking for it in several places.”

But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.

“I wouldn’t normally review a big chain like Home Depot, and I normally wouldn’t expect great service, but I was impressed with my experience with this location. I ordered a grill and didn’t see there was a dent on the back until the evening. I called the store and Melanie was able to help me out right away. She sent me photos of a new grill, and once I approved it, she had the delivery guys arrive in a little over an hour with a replacement!
They swapped out my grill without hassle and were super friendly and helpful. I was definitely not expecting to get it that quickly considering I was calling late in the day. Thanks for the great service!”

“Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Marina Del Rey Home Depot straight attitude Signal Hill Home Depot worst attitude don't let me even get on the Lakewood Home Depot. All those three need to take some advice from you all.”

I stopped at four plumbing stores, Home, Depot, lowes, and Another hardware store looking for this piece. contractors Warehouse is the only place that had what I was looking for a test, plug, safety, seal, a pneumatic hydraulic plug for a drain so that a shower could be Hot Mop. Jesse help me out. It was a great pleasure coming to contractors warehouse. I recommend coming here for all of your construction needs.”
