“Because of Covid, a few things changed there and to my surprise In order to rent a car at Sakura, you need to do a reservation ahead and the Gardena office is only to pick up. However, the friendly staff was very helpful and I was able to rent the car there and save my vacation and my transportation needs. The car was clean and ready to roll. I was even provided a map, even though I told the lady I didn't need it since I know the area, but she suggested to me to have it in case of an emergency. My last time there was six years ago and the next time I go to California I always rely in their service. Thanks again and hope to see you soon”

“The manager Vladimir and Gabby deserves a raise at Hertz Rosecrans location. They both are really nice and helpful. On 7/1/23 morning I was having such a headache with the other Hertz on 1905 Redondo Beach Blvd. I needed a rental for my handicap passenger and explained to the other place I can't use a suv. He insisted on using a crossover Chevy Trax and I kept insisting please find me something else. He looked like he was on vacation, I watched him pull up to work with his pants down but the other Hertz had a wonderful manager”
