Kim helps me with friendly guidance and diligent support. To close the account didn't take long. I still enjoy banking with them. Wells Fargo is much better with assistance and support. Chase is unfavorable as its CEO disrupts the market with wrong information. And later you came to know they did that to be in better position to invest than individual investors! Haaa.

A short line took forever. When I finally got to the window, I told her I wanted to cash two Wells Fargo checks that were written payable to me by a company. I told her I didn't have a Wells Fargo account. She asked if I received checks from that company before and I had. After inputting my two forms of ID and processing the checks, right before she starts counting the money, she tells me there's a $7.50 fee for EACH check to cash. WTH?? You can't tell me that before we got started?? I have 3 banks of my own I could've just deposited them at! I told her forget it and then I had to stand there several more minutes while she cancelled the whole thing. A total waste of 30 min!! No wonder I don't have a wells Fargo account!

Unfortunately, this branch is not the issue. However, we have been on hold for OVER THREE HOURS trying to deal with minor fraudulent activity on our account. Is this standard business practice at Wells Fargo?

As a customer of this specific branch for YEARS, the service has been in a consistent decline. They give me the run around for my money every time I come in. They're trash and moving my money to a credit union.

Worst customer service experience with new manager Kiren Lyall. I have been attending this branch with tellers and bankers being very professional until I meet the new manager Kiren Lyall. I encourage all not to bank at Wells Fargo Bank since they do not teach managers customer Service. There are better banks out there. They want to charge you to cash WFB check issued by my client. And this manager won't Service you she passes the buck.

If your time isn't valuable then this is your bank because you will be waiting a long time to see a banker or teller. Also some of the highest fees of any bank in the area!

I've been coming to this branch for about 4yrs now and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone I've interacted with from tellers to branch managers to loan officers have been professional and friendly as well as accommodating. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from although it looks like most are from non Wells Fargo customers. It makes me wonder why these people are not dealing with their own bank unless they have no bank account.

The incompetence at this Branch is unbelievable. Without diving into my personal info, I had to go to another branch to get my transaction done. 20 years banking with WF - and it's always this branch that gives me a problem getting cash, foreign currency or even a transfer.

I love this location! Super close to my house and is rarely packed. I can get in and get my stuff done within five minutes, not to mention the drive thru ATM and ATM machines never have lines and are very convenient. Parking is also ample and is easy to get out of. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Absolutely no complaints :)

Got a check to cash issued through Wells Fargo. I went to Wells Fargo to cash it. I gave them my license. The asked for a second ID. I asked why. They said policy. I said what other ID do people carry day to day than a license. Do they often use a passport? The brillant manager Meagan or Reagan said they would need a credit card as a second form of ID. I said I'm not charging anything, it doesn't have my photo like my license and it is not a safe practice to have the number out there. I asked how does a credit card with no photo verify my ID. They said, you do not have an active account with us so we can't cash this. I said the check is from Wells Fargo. I happened to have banked at that location at one time. I pointed out they have my original signature card on file when I had an account here but left Wells Fargo for these types of practices. She said do you want me to cash this or not? I said, clearly I'm standing with an endorsed check and my identification. She said then you must follow our policy. Also it will be a $7 service fee to cash this as you don't have an account. I said but the check is from a Wells Fargo account. The whole reason I went here and not drive all the way back to my bank....any way, I got the cash minus the fee. At the end she said, it was a pleasure speaking with you today. Very classy!
