Unfortunately, this branch is not the issue. However, we have been on hold for OVER THREE HOURS trying to deal with minor fraudulent activity on our account. Is this standard business practice at Wells Fargo?

Great bank but need to hire more tellers......people have to line up outside......hope management would do something about this ASAP.....

As a customer of this specific branch for YEARS, the service has been in a consistent decline. They give me the run around for my money every time I come in. They're trash and moving my money to a credit union.
