  6/11/2024 - I went to 1350 E Chapman to renew my passport, and did not have an appointment. I was fortunate to meet Richard Trung and Long Ho who helped me complete my application and mail off my passport renewal. Both were professionals, courteous and very helpful. All was complete in 10 minutes.

  The worker Maria was excellent . She has great customer service and was very patient and helpful through my process. Without her I wouldn’t have gotten done what I needed . Thank you Maria ?.
