This was definitely a positive aspect of my visit, as I was able to save time and complete my transaction quickly.However, when I attempted to use the package drop-off, I encountered a problem. The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. “Today, the post office had an extremely long line of customers. Zulma and Sid got the line down quickly and after everyone was gone (except me ), I thanked Zulma for always being patient with me whenever I came in and had more than the normal amount of questions. She responded with thanks and I also let her know how helpful Sid was to me, on a prior visit.They are so understaffed, it's ridiculous. Yet, they both have a great disposition. Please be kind to the postal workers, they are doing their best to get you taken care of.”
