“One of the best pet stores in fresno! Always greeted warmly when you walk in and provided the best customer service. The selection here is so large and diverse. Any pet that you have, they have an extensive range of products for them from food, caging, and toys. They're always getting new stock as well. They have so many animals and are always getting more. They put their animals in decent/spacious enclosures throughout the store to look at. They no longer allow you to touch the animals, though, unfortunately. Prices are decent, and they have programs for frequent buyers. The employees seem to actually care and have knowledge of the animals they care for. The only gripe I have here is that I don't agree with how they "store" their betas. As many pet stores do, they out their betas in a singular clear cup because betas tend to be aggressive with other betas in an enclosed space. Many of those betas looked miserable and were sunk to the bottom like they were dying. There are other ways to "store" betas for purchase. Nice and large selection of pet supplies for all needs and at a great price!”

“The best self-pet wash in the area. The place is clean, and well stocked with towels, a variety of shampoos, wash buckets, and super water pressure. The blow dryers are conveniently mounted for ease of use. The personnel are friendly and supportive. The bonus is a well-stocked shop for just about anything one would need for a dog or cat. Although my dog is groom adverse she enjoys her bath and grooming here. And she settles into a routine to be as cooperative as possible to get it done as quickly as possible. Kudos to this business owner for surviving COVID-19 shut down protocols in order to give us all a super place to maintain our pets without a huge cost. Yes, the rates are extremely reasonable.”

“I was recently gifted a puppy that I have fallen head over heels in love with, He turned 4 months old so I wanted to get him a special treat for his birthday. I googled “dog bakery near me” and I found this hidden gem. I went in and was greeted by the cutest Labradoodle I have ever seen. Even though they were getting ready to close, the owner brought out a selection of treats for me to choose from. I purchased a small pupcake, donut and a 3 pack of baked dog bones. I can say that my puppy LOVED every single treat, and he’s a picky little guy. If you find yourself looking for a little something special for your fur babies look no further. This is definitely the place to go and is 100% puppy approved!”

I’m a first time dog owner and came in worried about my dog’s separation anxiety, I didn’t get her name but the lady who helped me was amazing and took time to explain the different products that may help, plus some tips as well. I also talked to Crystal who gave me such good advice! She took the time to genuinely talk me through how I can best help my dog with training and answered all my questions! You can definitely tell that the ladies who work there aren’t just doing it for a job but because they care for and love animals!”

“It was my first time here. I work about 20 minutes away, so I drove here during my lunch break.I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The person at the register not only took my order, they personally came out and helped to load the items onto my truck for me.No complaints here as they had the feed I wanted/need.I purchased pig, chicken and baby chick feed. “Love this pet store. It's big and not too far from me. There are products for small and large animals. I come here for my cats' food because they carry the good stuff. I love that the brand we buy has a rewards program; when we buy 8 (or is it 10?) bags, we get the next one free. Service is also good. Not overly friendly but helpful and there's always at least two employees so someone is always available for questions and never a long line. The only reason for four and not five stars is that the cat section is pretty small and not a huge selection of products you'd find at other than"big box" pet stores. But they do have what I need so don't read too much into the one star off! I hope this store is in town forever”

“Amazing! From the first phone call until we picked up my Miniature Schnauzer puppy, Brittney's staff has been professional and kind. Koda had had a not-so-great experience at another groomer and was so nervous he was shaking. Kirsty was patient and kind with him and managed to give him a complete grooming. He looks so handsome! We will definitely be coming back. I can not thank you enough, Kirsty, and the entire staff for making me feel comfortable leaving him. We will be back.”

“Went in for the Pet Wash station, it's solid. Depending on your dog, bring your own brush and shampoo. They have a general Oatmeal shampoo and a demat one.For $10, it's fantastic. I don't get all wet and my bathroom doesn't smell like wet dog!Definitely coming back”

“GROOMING DEPARTMENT: My pup Oro can be anxious around new people but Jean made him feel comfortable and got him looking so handsome. My husband and I gave him a funky at home haircut, so we mostly wanted him bathed with add ons like nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning. Upon arrival, she asked if we'd like to even him out with a scissor trim for a small fee and suggested we use a certain shampoo instead of the one we chose because she noticed his skin was pinkish and that could be a sign of allergies. To me, this shows her professionalism and passion for her work. She's what every dog parent wants in a groomer. I will come back and recommend her to all my people.”

“The staff there has always been friendly. However my review is more for the training classes. I had a hard time finding reviews specifically for PetSmart trainers. My dog took beginner to advanced classes and I'm so thankful for the trainer Sandra. She's kind, tough love, you can tell she enjoys what she does and works with you and your dog to meet you where you're at whether it's scheduling make up classes or giving extra advice on what and how you can improve for your dog. So glad I took these classes.”

“This is the only place I will take my cat to get groomed in town. Marquita, Rita, and the rest of the grooming team take such good care of my cat and she always comes home happy and comfortable. The grooming team also help me with recommendations on products that she likes so I can maintain the grooming on my own at home. I would highly recommend the cat grooming team here to anyone with a cat.”

“they carry purina proplan probiotics for dogs here! this is great. one of our dogs has been battling diarrhea for one week & the vet here charges an arm & a leg for a "vet prescription grade probiotic" but it's the same thing - a 7 day supply of the same exact packet of purina proplan probiotic except we got the 30 day packets here at petco for $30.00. it was easy to purchase for same day pickup too, didn't have to go searching for it in the store. just purchase online & select pick up. the pick up process was easy. they have great customer service & they were quick to hand our item soon as we came in.”
