“These guys will get you in and out with your oil change. Fast, easy and super friendly. They even do visual checks on your lights, turn signals, wash your windshield for you and will even fill up air in your tires. No hassling or hagging. Straight forward and great service!

“These guys are awesome! When getting repairs, I often worry about how much the total cost will be compared to the estimate. The total was only about $0.50 over the estimate. They were friendly, patient, and super fast. I dropped my car off Saturday morning, and they had to order parts, and it was done Tuesday at about 12:30. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Snapps is the best place to take your car for any repairs. I have been taking my car (s) there since I went to Fresno State back in the day. I’m retired now. The Mechanics are the best, Ted ( the owner) will explain what is wrong with my car before a repair. He and his staff are so knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with the diagnosis and repair on my car. It's important that as a women you feel confortable and that you trust your mechanic. Snapps is the place for anyone to take their car.”

“Payless Brakes & Tires is the place they deliver five Star Treament and stay within your budget and give discounts or wave fee's for you to make it more affordable for your pocket. If had my whole entire front end Suspension done on my 2006 Chrysler 300, I've had all 4 tires, brake calibers, brake pads, rotors, and 4 wheel alignment done on my car, plus had all 4 tires replaced with new one's twice and discounted their prices then every time. As courtesy to their customers they took me home and drop me off when my car had to stay overnight. Now Payless Brakes & Tires are like family now”

“Normally, I take my vehicle to the dealer for service. They didn't have any openings, and I was slightly overdue for my oil change. The wait was pretty short, and the staff was polite. They asked me if I wanted my windows washed, and I said yes. However, even though they checked it off as completed on the invoice, it was not done. Also checked on the invoice was vacuuming the carpets, which was also not done. They did take a while trying to reset the service interval back to zero. I'll still have to compare pricing to the dealer before my next oil change.”

The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure my car leaves a million times better than it was when I pulled up. Wish I could shout out people by name but I'm literally the worst with names. “It was a really quick and easy experience. I went like at 3pm to get my smog done and it only took like 20 min., also it’s conveniently right next to the DMV. The workers were also very nice. This is my second time going and both times were good experiences.”
“Employees are friendly. We visit this location with all of our vehicles. They keep records and make suggestions. There is no pressure for upsale. I would give 5-Stars, but the last time we visited we had to come back. The location was waiting for their oil "replenishment" to get there for servicing. I'm not sure if that was a management issue and proper inventory or a stock issue feom the supplier. When we retuened, the oil change was quick and they checked other fluids and we were on our way. Great service, overall I'd recommend coming here. That's why we do, and with all of our vehicles, as I mentioned prior. (We have 4)”
