“Mac's Tire Pros don't just do tires, so give them a call for other car care needs! I was first referred to them for an alignment with no following issues (I've had bad alignments before, but not here). I then reached out to see if they would help me diagnose a noise, and it started off as a "Customer states" situation, but soon after reproducing the noise, my tech Josh was very persistent to figuring out the cause of the noise. Unfortunately, it's nothing now three people couldn't figure out (and they're all experienced), but he had given some great tips and what to consider and watch for. The shop is full of kindness and they took care of my car care needs for the past three visits for various and follow-up things. This is my place to go.”

“Tou and I were both put in a tough situation with my servicing. I came in for a standard oil change with my wife's truck before I had to go out of town for the week. The crew let me know they recommended replacing the belts. Our truck has about 80k miles so I agreed to change them. After the service, as I was driving in the parking lot, I noticed the battery light came on. I turned around and had Tou test everything. At first everything seemed normal, but I explained we really needed to figure this out as this was my wife and 2-year-old sons only transportation while I would be gone, and we did just swap out the serpentine belt.Tou was sympathetic and asked if he could drive the truck to figure out what the potential issue could be. After being gone for 30-40 minutes Tou returned and said I needed a new alternator and that the current one just completely went out.I explained how this felt from my perspective considering I only came for an oil change initially and all I did was follow their recommendations. He asked me if he could call his manager. We both mutually agreed that we would go 50/50 on a new alternator which I felt like was a completely reasonable resolution.Because Tou showed empathy and listened, while also offering a compromise on what was probably just bad luck/timing for both of us I left feeling thankful and appreciative that this issue was not only discovered but resolved before my trip out of town.This type of scenario could have easily been ugly, but instead it was awesome. Thank you, Tou!”

“I am giving 5☆s for a couple of reasons! 1) I watched them do my oil change through the window, the mechanic, after filling my oil, pulled out the dip stick, wiped it, reinserted, and repeated twice. Then he added more oil and repeated, entil it registered full!! Wait was 45 minutes, but it was so worth it!!! Now I know to go there for oil changes!!! What I did not know was that they offer way more than oil changes! Glad I read their tv advertisement, as my car is nearing 90,000 mile maintenance and they do that!!”
