“Stopped in to inquire about an iPhone I'd seen on Marketplace. The guy who helped me was really nice. Super responsive to his customers. He showed me the phone and told me he could transfer all my stuff on my existing phone to the one I was purchasing. It took a little bit due to my 20000+ pictures, so I waited in my car for a about 1/2 hour. When I went back in, my new to me phone was almost ready. For the first couple weeks, my phone kept telling me I might not have an authentic Apple battery (or something to that effect), but the message finally quit coming back. I've had the phone for almost two months now and I've had no issues. I love the updated camera on this phone and I sure saved a lot of money over purchasing a brand new one.”

“I have given 1 star to another location owned by this franchise due incompetent management. I lucked out and got my issues resolved at this location (and 97 minutes of my time).Here's the real culprit that led to unnecessary stress: METROPCS. The company has a franchisee business model that sets the owners up to work against each other. One franchise won't help a customer that purchases equipment from another franchise. The all blame each other rather than focus on giving proper customer service when an issue arises. I don't think it's a smart way to operate in the long run.”

“Fast service! I went to turn it in at 12, got it at 3, good as new! It is literally a block away too so I could literally walk, really convenient for me :) they have a ton of cool phone cases/screen protectors too! I’m gonna go back soon to check it all out. The nice lady at the counter was helpful as well, I will admit it was a bit pricy I paid $120 but I think it was worth it 100%”

I've had a lifetime warranty on it since purchasing my phone and call me paranoid, but it seems more like a sales tactic not to keep older generation's crucial accessories in house.But anyhow! I was so relieved that we were able to get it replaced here, and the gal that applied it to my phone did a fantastic job - not one air bubble! We were in and out within 5 minutes.”
