“It's like the Costco of NickKnacks. Down to the long line to check out. I guess long lines mean good business, good business means it will stay open to sell stuff my wife likes. I sometimes like the products as well. We purchased a small dog Soji Screen style wall. Where else could you find something like that?! Be ready for the "take a number" style checkout. They are fast, but it does keep them from being as serviceable as it seems they want to be. Maybe more staff, but I understand if the goal is to keep costs down for cheaper prices. I did enjoy this once, a SALE tag that showed a regular price of $5.99 and a sale price of $5.92! Got to get it while you can!”

Now i do spend 2 much time in the home decore area. My favorite area. Name brand purses like MK and Gucci can be found here. I never bought the 6 i look. Lol.”

“I ordered some items online. Had to return one item directly to the store. I shopped for more items while there. The cashier was superb. She took care of my purchase and return. Had to use two separate cashier stations. But she insisted upon helping me so that I didn't have to wait in long customer service line.”

“I've never been to this store, but I had an experience so amazing I have to share. I live 1,012 miles away, in N. Idaho, so the closest Nordstrom store is 30 miles away in Spokane, WA. I visited the store and found a sweater/pullover that I absolutely loved ? I took it to the counter to see if they had my size somewhere in the store (or if I had to, order online) I had the good fortune of checking out with a young lady named Sam who searched high and low (her store, next closest store, website) to no avail. There was only 3 left showing in the inventory -NATIONWIDE. She rang up the rest of my purchases, wrote down my info from my Nordy account and said she would see what she could do. There was a line and it was late so I didn't want to hold up the show. I waited a couple days, didn't get a call so I started looking online for other retailers - the sweater was literally sold out everywhere. I looked at popular resale sites - two but neither in my size. I decided I would call the store and see if she had also given up so I could start the grieving process (LOL) I reached the manager and he confirmed the item was sold out and apologized for the inconvenience. There wasn't anything he could do. (This is all in my local-ish store, which will also get this review) I was bummed but such is life, right? One day later I get a call from Sam, she's spoken to the store manager at the Fresno, CA location, he has the sweater in hand and will sell it to me over the phone and ship it to my house. ? I was totally blown away, not even 24hrs since the store manager at my store said that "special orders from other 'Rack" stores, is not a service offered, that service is only available in Nordstrom stores. (Which was a little irritating because I have ally denim altered by Nordstrom tailors, they're the best, but add about 30% to the cost of the jeans.) Anyways, I called and spoke to Jordan in Fresno CA and my sweater is on its way! *I realize this entire review sounds very, snobbish/privileged/spoiled, but I don't often spend money on my own clothes, so when I do, I buy nice things.* I haven't received my sweater yet, but I did get confirmation of my order and a memorable experience with Sam in Spokane Valley, WA and Jordan in Fresno CA! Thank you!!”
“Found some really cute valentine dish towels and a cute shirt of jack skellington on clearance. Really cute. 4 stars though because they really need to hire more cashiers and brighten up their smiles. They show their fustrations when the line is Sooooo long and two people leave including MGT and they leave one person to deal with the long line of people.”

“Today was my first time visiting Ross. My son needed some clothes for a trip. We went in he purchased one jacket, three shirts, some socks, and two pair of sweatpants. The prices were reasonable. Even though today is black Friday I don't think there were any specific sales going on because the only price tag on the clothes was the regular Ross price tag. We were there, bright, and early. There were two employees greeting everyone as they came into the store, they were really polite. The store was clean and well organized. We were number two in line when it was time to check out. There was only one cashier at the time of our check out, but she was really fast.”
