“this Selma Walmart is the closest one to me and I’m handicap. Their service is outstanding the people that work there. Unfortunately they don’t provide handicap carts. The management have decided that handicap people aren’t important enough or we don’t spend enough money for them to provide carts for us.At One time they used to be a bench out by where the carts where kept That was removed. Why. I frequent the store at least three times a month am I average spending is at least $200 each time, if not more. I am handicap, can’t drive. So when someone takes me and drops me off or shop themselves I really need a cart. If not I’m standing like the last time an hour and a half so I was wiped out by the time I got a cart. numerous other handicap people came by to try to get a cart nothing finally staffs, guarding the door felt sorry for me and sent the employee to go and see if they could find me one of the two carts they thought they had they found one in the back with the staff area. I hurried and got my necessities cause I know another person was there waiting had been waiting like half the time I had been.This is the second time I have complained about it. I talked to a manager the first time nothing became of that one conversation.I feel that management only care how much money they are making not about the customers. The majority of the personnel are fantastic.Walmart is one of the stores that I can go to and get almost everything I need please help us and I mean us the handicap. Thank you.”

“8/07/23 Need to get a few things and checking out this one out! Good music playing walking in! It was busy! Of course bought more than needed! It's Walmart! Bought SF swirl pudding, Asian medley, hazelnut coffee & water! A little disappointed they didn't have the protein almond milk and even asked a worker that helped me dive out if they carried it here. They do not. =( Self checkout after that and the line was long, but moved fast! Good service and store! Recommended!”
