Terrible service. I was recently on old for 45+ minutes. I heard someone open the line and then transfer me to another department to only have their system hang up on me.

I’ve been on hold to try and check on my prescription for a hour and it just keeps putting me back on hold. This is just a waste of time. Why don’t they have any one answering the phone or have an automated service that tells us if the prescription is ready.
