Recently brought in my 05 Acura RL (200k miles)… For diagnostic of a potential cooling system issue and general inspection. Upon talking with Erik at first arrival, He was very polite and knowledgeable & listened to my concerns with the vehicle. Erik/team did a very thorough inspection and concluded that one of my fans was not working. Was very pleased with the overall experience, their inspection report and the included detail !
Was notified via text and phone call of the findings in a detailed report that I could also (Pay for the service through the invoice!!) - Was very Convenient for me.

“My 1995 F250 broke down on 880N after Dixon Landing. Was honest about being a week before my vehicle could be seen; the times we're in right now, that's not a surprise for a good shop. Diagnosed some bad electrical work from the truck's previous owner. Repairs done so well you would have thought it was factory work if it didn't look new. Price for parts was reasonable. “This marked my first visit to Mark's Transmission, now formally known as MTS Transmission, and I must admit, I've never had a better experience dealing with mechanics. Initially, I took my Jeep Wrangler to the dealership, where they proposed replacing the entire rear differential at a steep price. However, upon a recommendation, I visited MTS Transmission, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Mark was exceptionally pleasant and patient. He took the time to inspect my Jeep thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. Contrary to the dealership's recommendation, it was determined that my Jeep didn't require a full rear differential replacement, but rather just the rear differential carrier, along with the installation of new side bearings and rear axle bearings, which resulted in a much more reasonable overall cost. I will certainly return in the future. Many thanks to Mark and his team for their assistance and efforts in getting my Jeep back on the road.”
