“This location is really not a FedEx store so much as it is really just a department of the Walgreens store under which it is located. It doesn't really have a dedicated FedEx staff as near as I can tell in the only issue with that is that the photo department store people at the Walgreens have to seem to double as FedEx shippers. It is convenient though so not to take too much away from them, just don't expect full FedEx service at this location.”

“First visit to pharmacy after joining Kaiser. Place was crowded but staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Got the medicine in less than 15 minutes.One elderly lady was standing in a line with a walker. A staff member came out and assisted the lady with medicine. That was quite impressive!”
“Walgreens was my go-to for years, but the long wait in line for prescriptions during Covid made me look for an alternative. This neighborhood, small business pharmacy is the best! Mowry Plaza Pharmacy's staff is the friendliest! There's never a wait and they have all the basics in terms of home healthcare needs. I've been a happy customer for a over a year. I'm so glad to never stand and wait in a long, line at Walgreens again. Pharmacist Riva and Tina at the counter get !”
“One of our favorite Costcos in the Bay Area. Got lots of stuff we love that you can't find in other locations. Lots of discounts too! And now that the other new Costco has opened in Newark, it's practically empty especially during the weekdays. So easy parking, quick in and out! And the service by the employees is better too cos they're not as busy and rushing as other places!”
“I never shop at CVS but was recently signed up to receive $10 every month for a $5 monthly subscription. At first I thought there was a catch but so far I’ve been able to buy beauty products in store and online with the $10.- issued every month. Best subscription ever!! Totally recommend.”

“I've never had a problem using this Walgreens at all. The staff has been very polite and extremely helpful. We help operate as well as pharmacy. Which will notify me of when my order is ready for pick up by using text messaging. I've always liked Walgreens over CBS. However while waiting for pharmacy prescriptions I've also noticed that many customers are extremely rude to the pharmacy clerk's. The patient should consider that it is not the clerk's fault that the prescription is too expensive or that it cannot be refilled. The client or customer should check with their doctor to make sure their prescriptions are refillable. Also many people have cell phone And there are sites where you could get coupons for your medications such as good rx.com or single care.com. Instead of wasting time on playing stupid video games On their cell phone people should use their cellphones intelligently and discover coupons for almost anything on the Internet.”

“The Safeway in Fremont has been good to us we not only took a nap in the parking lot but we were able to grab a nice Sandwich inside as they make beautiful sandwiches with the Boar's Head Meats cut freshly for you you can't beat that. anyway everything else we wanted is there the fresh fruit was nice and as Travelers that were coming through not stocking a household just getting a few things for a snack and lunch we're very happy thank you very much Mr Safeway”
“I have been a practicing dentist in Fremont for over 30 years. I have interfaced with many pharmacies over these years. Suvie and all the employees of the Driscoll Rd CVS are very professional and top notch. The retail Pharmaceutical business is not an easy one to run today. They are all going to be busy. This crew handles it as well or better than anyone. For anyone putting a negative review you must realize what has and is happening in health care. The system is overburdened. This pharmacy has more prescriptions to handle day after day. It's relentless. We appreciate the entire staff and their efforts to keep pace with the demand.”

“In my past experiences at the pharmacy inside this Walgreens, it is typically VERY busy with long lines, out of stock prescriptions, and too few staff in customer service. But, it appears that the employees are always trying their best. Today, I called before going in and spoke to Tin. He was extremely professional and patiently explained the delay issue with my order. He saved me an unnecessary trip and waiting in a presumably long line. Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent service!”

If you need to call the Pharmacy, call the CVS Care Line at (855) 227-3287 - they have no wait times and fast, friendly, expert service. The app also makes applying coupons easy. Go to Savings > View Rewards > View Deals to search for the things you're buying, and you can usually find coupons and credits on the things you're buying, send straight to your CVS card.]
This store consistently never ever picks up the phone and takes 1-2 hours to pick up a prescription. They never have enough people working, at the pharmacy or the front, and have absolutely zero pride in getting people out of the door quickly. This is the worst pharmacy in the US you will probably ever have the misfortune of going to.”

“I went to pick up medication for my father after his discharge from the hospital and there was an issue with our prescription getting rerouted by the hospital to another location, but the pharmacist T, was beyond helpful and rectified the issue.
He went above and beyond and was very caring. I had tears of gratitude in my eyes as this was much needed medication. Thank you again for your help.”

“Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.”
