“We brought our brand new Model Y straight to Auto Pro for partial front PPF, full ceramic coating, and front window tint. After having a bad experience with PPF installation at another shop in Fremont, I was especially careful in selecting a shop this time around. I talked to several shops around the area with specific questions on their product, installation process, and aftercare maintenance. It wasn't easy to tell over the phone and emails which shop would actually provide the best work and service without past experience or referral, but I ultimately landed with Auto Pro mainly because of the professionalism in my interaction with their front office staff, Sarah. Sarah is a superstar and patiently answered all my questions in detail.
This shop wraps the PPF around most of the edges which the other shop I went to did not do. I was only able to find a few small air bubbles after the initial installation (completely normal) which they took care of for me in the first checkup after the curing period.
My only word of advice for those bringing in brand new Teslas is to ask them to first inspect for any paint issues before applying PPF or ceramic coating . This was not a fault or responsibility of theirs, but I did notice a non-trivial paint flaw that couldn't be fixed with paint correction only after the work was complete. And by that time, it was too late to bring it back to Tesla to resolve. What people say about Tesla's poor paint quality is mostly true, so make sure you get any flaws resolved before getting the work done.
I wish I had found them earlier for my other cars. Overall, from what I can tell, their PPF installation is nearly flawless. Their entire staff and ownership (Mynor, Byron) are also great to work with. I will be bringing all my future cars to them in the future.”

“I recently took my BMW to West Coast Auto Repair Shop in Fremont, Ca for some critical repairs, including replacing the water pump, thermostat assembly, and valve cover gaskets. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team Sam and Tej were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with BMWs.
The work was done efficiently, and the quality of the repairs was top-notch as the car runs smoothly, they also gave a 12 month 12K mile warranty on the job, which was very impressive and besides the excellent workmanship, was the reasonable pricing. It’s not easy to find a shop that delivers both quality and affordability, with a guarantee but West Coast Auto Repair managed to do just that.
Overall, I highly recommend this repair Shop to anyone in need of reliable and fairly-priced auto repairs. I’ll definitely be returning for any future service needs!”

Recently brought in my 05 Acura RL (200k miles)… For diagnostic of a potential cooling system issue and general inspection. Upon talking with Erik at first arrival, He was very polite and knowledgeable & listened to my concerns with the vehicle. Erik/team did a very thorough inspection and concluded that one of my fans was not working. Was very pleased with the overall experience, their inspection report and the included detail !
Was notified via text and phone call of the findings in a detailed report that I could also (Pay for the service through the invoice!!) - Was very Convenient for me.
Overall recommend their services!! He mentioned he has a strong backgrounded BMW As well - Will be taking mine as needed!”

“I've been taking my Lexus is200t to the Lexus in auto mall for about 7 years now. The first five years were included in the plan, but the last two weren't. It wasn't until a couple months ago that I realized I was probably making a huge mistake and was getting price gouged! My father in law recommended Vern's auto clinic, a family run business in Fremont that he had been going to for the past 3-4 years. We made an appointment for a Thursday and right before we were set to go, we got a nail in my husbands tire. When we arrived at Verns to drop off my car, he patched up the hub's wheel for us! After a thorough inspection, it was determined I needed new brakes, which I saw coming! It took the whole day, from 8am to 5pm which was long, but luckily we had planned for it and it's understandable with a small shop. With oil change, tire rotation, new brakes, and other fluid refills, the price came out to around $550 including labor. This was great - Lexus was trying to charge me $850 for JUST THE BRAKES! And the best part is that Vern and his son are so nice :) It felt very safe and good to bring my car here and it's very likely that this too will become my go to car maintenance spot.”

“This marked my first visit to Mark's Transmission, now formally known as MTS Transmission, and I must admit, I've never had a better experience dealing with mechanics. Initially, I took my Jeep Wrangler to the dealership, where they proposed replacing the entire rear differential at a steep price. However, upon a recommendation, I visited MTS Transmission, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Mark was exceptionally pleasant and patient. He took the time to inspect my Jeep thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of the issue. Contrary to the dealership's recommendation, it was determined that my Jeep didn't require a full rear differential replacement, but rather just the rear differential carrier, along with the installation of new side bearings and rear axle bearings, which resulted in a much more reasonable overall cost. I will certainly return in the future. Many thanks to Mark and his team for their assistance and efforts in getting my Jeep back on the road.”

“Amjad just about saved my life, I’m visiting from utah and my window regulator went out on my 135i, drove for 4 hours with my window down from the Nevada border basically. Anyways he got me in as soon as possible ( and no bmw dealer could even get me in the same week) and fixed it as if it was his own car.
