“Had to come in today to try to switch carriers and Kassandra helped me immensely. She spent about an hour with me trying to help me switch since Boost cut off my service unexpectedly and made it nearly impossible to switch. I'll have to go back to fix the issue, but I felt very welcomed and am glad to be switching from Boost which has practically no customer service skills whatsoever.”

“I Have gotten wall chargers for about 6 bucks, which is amazing considering phone companies sell them for $29 to $39 bucks. A while back, I bought a otter box for 20 bucks, those go for about 70 bucks elsewhere. Talk about good discounts!”
