The mechanic even showed me up close the damage I had done to my car and explained exactly what had to be replaced and done to fix everything. I appreciated the insight and seeing the problems he pointed out. I thought I just needed my break pads replaced but I had worn in my pads so badly it caused a lot of damage to my car (it was obvious after the mechanic took the wheel and parts off and showed me). “THANK YOU Euro Stop!!! You saved me a lot of money and a ton of grief. I really scored when I found you.I had been to another repair place that charged me for the diagnostic and then recommended a very expensive repair. I called around for a 2nd opinion and reached Khan (hope I spelled that correctly!). He asked me questions and suggested that the repair might not be needed. He told me he was VW certified and had all the proper VW equipment to diagnose the problem. Khan invited me to bring the car so he could have a look. When I asked how much he would charge to plug in the diagnostic thingie, he said "nothing - I don't charge for simple little things like that." Wow, I coldn't believe it! Everyone else charges $68-$110.00 just plug it in.I arrived and saw he had a Porsche and a couple of Bentleys in his gargage. I figured this was either a really good or, really bad sign. Turned out to be a GREAT sign - those people trust him with their expensive cars and I now know why. While I waited, I met Khan's wife. What a lovely, genuine, nice person she was. She endorsed her husband as "the most honest man I know." and I'm here to tell you, she told the truth! This guy is great! And while I waited, I observed his business neighbors come over to ask his opinion. These friendly exchanges also impressed me as they show he's respected among other mechanics.This was the most interactive experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Khan showed me the diagnosis codes, pointed out the corresponding parts on the car, and patiently explained the function of each one. Ladies, other than your father or brother, has a mechanic ever done that for you!? Me neither.With the car now up on a lift, Khan spent time checking things and then called me over to break the bad news. The original diagnosis was correct; my car needed that expensive repair. But here's what sets Euro Stop apart from the others: While all the other places were happy to write it up and take my money, Khan pointed out all the other things that were about to break --that my regular mechanic never has! And he advised that my car didn't have much life left in it. That it wasn't really worth fixing because all these other repairs were soon to follow. Although I was bummed, my heart overflowed with gratitude that he told me. Nobody else has and there have been plenty of times they could have. And to top it all off, he didn't charge me for his time! From the nicest Porsche to a ragamuffin VW, Euro Stop is the best place to take it. They did the 100k service and I casually threw out that one of the window motors crapped out and Michael said he would order it for me, he got the price, I said to wait on it. I checked with the dealership. DUDE! Metric was half of the price of the dealership! So I went back, they fixed it. He gave me the old one back too, I dont know what Im going to do with it, but I want to screw with it and see if I can get it to work.

“Henry sat with my husband for an hour explaining all our options regarding a new transmission. No pressure told us go home & let him know our decision. 2 weeks later we dropped off the car. I went out of town so it was convenient to leave the car at this time. Turns out it wasn't our transmission but the catalytic converter. Some mechanics woulda said both had to be replaced but not Henry. He called my husband even on his vacation to explain everything that Henry Jr had discovered & made sure to go over everything step by step. “The first time that I came here, it was for brake pad change. The estimate the give you is accurate on both payments and time. They will also demonstrate and show you the condition of previous parts and show you if rotors needs to be changed as well for example. You will see everything. Truly honest and fully transparent people.

The second time my A/C compressor needed to be changed and the engine belt. I called them and they were open for me to tow my car day on the same day.

Overall, both management and technicians are good people and respectful. It has been couple of months since my service my car still work great thanks to them even though it is an old car.

Good place both for something as quick as tire rotation with your oil change or some as hard changing a whole part like AC compressor.

I was in a bit of a pickle since my car needed to be serviced on the Friday of 4th of July, and most shops were closed up until the weekend -- I urgently needed my car up-and-running by Monday for a road trip. Naturally, after several phone calls, BC Advance Auto Repair was the only one that picked up.

First and foremost, the service experience is awesome. There's a break room with water, AC, restroom, and Wi-Fi to wait while your car is being serviced. My technician was the owner, Anthony (or Huy), was very detailed-oriented, intelligent, and reassuring with my issue. His Vietnamese and English is also perfect, if that is a concern.

I received an oil change with a highly rounded/stripped oil pan bolt and tire rotation. The pricing was very reasonable, and I was pleased to see that the work was done right. Anthony also explained in detail the work performed, and gave a receipt. Moreover, they also provided me the original bolt and the remaining new oil.

Definitely one of the best auto repair shops in Orange County. Will definitely come again. Come here for honest, reasonable, quality auto repair services!”
