“I just visited Sam's Club Tire Center to get my car battery tested, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not being very knowledgeable about cars, I was a bit stressed when my battery kept dying, requiring a jumpstart every time I needed to drive.
The team at the Tire Center, especially Sergio, Freddy, and Brian, were awesome. They tested my battery, confirmed it was dead as it was more than five years old at this point, and after I purchased a new battery from the store, they installed it for me. The entire process was incredibly fast--less than 30 minutes from start to finish! Sergio also explained everything, including the warranty, and they truly took care of me from A to Z.
Sergio was the man. He was really kind and went above and beyond by airing up some of my tires while I was waiting. This level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciated him looking out for me. Thanks to the entire team for making this experience so smooth, quick, and stress-free. “I was referred to them by a friend who said they were very honest, competent, reliable and charged reasonable prices. That was a complete understatement! I took my Ford Explorer in because it was making a grinding noise. They road tested it, put it on the rack, took off all four tires, check all the rotors, brake pads, hydraulic systems and fixed the problem. When I got the bill, they did not charge me anything! The owner Paul said that the issue was simply a brake plate pushing against the rotor, a rare occurance. Amazing not even a labor charge. I cheaply gave him a twenty and thanked him. I will be a customer for life.”
