“I have never written a 5-star review before, but Bunny Bunch absolutely deserves to be my first. I used their boarding service for my chinchilla, Meatball, countless times over seven years, and I didn’t fully appreciate how special they are until I moved away from Orange County last year. Caroline checks on every animal every night, and her late-night photo updates always made me feel completely at ease. You can tell how much every staff member truly loves the pets when you interact with them.
After moving away, it’s easy to find another boarding place, but it’s hard to find a place with care and love — something truly priceless and valuable. Thank you, Bunny Bunch, and I really wish I could have you here.”
“Amazing customer service and beautiful fish! Planned on ordering but ended up vacationing nearby and so glad I made the trip in store. Super clean tanks. Eddie was extremely helpful. Took us 2 hours to decide on our fish and he packaged them up well to make the 7 hour drive home the next day. All 3 fish made it home safe, handled the stress of the trip and new environment well! Look forward to ordering more and making another trip in the future! Thank you Eddie!”

I have gone to quite a few pet stores & I really like this location.
The staff is very courteous and helpful and they seems to be well stocked for the most part on everything.
When it comes to the grooming Department I've had a really good experience with *CASSIE O.
She's the main groomer and is very attentive and professional. She really knows her stuff ?. I had two cats I only have one sadly enough My adorable loving SISSY? passed away ? she's in a better place now?. When I took Sissy and zoom they were very happy afterwards, so they must have got treated really well. That's very important to me. I will continue to take Zoom? my 26 lb. American Curl crossed with Abyssinian. I'm sure he'll be very happy after he leaves every time ?.

“Awesome place for family time. Tons of reptiles and surprise animals to see and plenty for the kids to do. My kids absolutely loved feeding the turtles and fishes in the front pond, as well as the tortoises in the front and back end of the zoo as well. Beautiful display of gorgeous reptiles from around the world!”

I came in with my chihuahua and she took such good care of her getting everything I needed for her and answering a ton of questions about my animals. I would return just because of her knowing I’d be in great hands.”
