“My large, strong older puppy came to me as a stray with no prior experience, as far as I could tell, in leash training and no socialization. We had ten private lessons from a good trainer at home, before I learned about Zoom Room. Although Hank and I learned basic commands and impulse control at home and in our patio, he still needed to learn this in the context of a group, with more distractions. Then, I found Zoom Room and started us in the basic Obedience I class. Every time I walked him into the group gym, he made a scene. Pulling, lunging, screeching, growling. Once in class, after a few minutes of continuing drama, he would settle down and follow the commands very well, demonstrating good impulse control. I appreciate the staff's patience and tolerance!! After four sessions, he has now graduated! I will enroll him in Obedience Training II where he will be in closer proximity to other dogs. I trust the staff will help facilitate positive behavior. I appreciate the staff's consistent, focused work for our dogs' benefit, and ours as well! Zoom Room has a variety of classes, groups (Obedience I and II, agility, sniff, therapy training, playgroups) which I will get Hank involved in as he is ready.”

“Had my dog groomed Aug 2023, then again last week Oct 2023. Within that short amount of time a large bump appeared on my dog between his neck and shoulder. Thank you groomer Emilda for bringing this to my attention. She groomed Patrick on Tues, Thurs I took him in to vet to have it checked and was advised to have it removed right away. “I go here regularly and have always had good service, but wanted to take the time to mention a specific employee who helped me out the other day. I was feeling super stressed because my kitty had to get stitches, and Co helped me pick out a litter that wouldn't get stuck in the stitches. A small thing but his kindness really helped when I was overwhelmed, hope the management sees this and gives Co a raise lol.”

“We've been coming to Centinela since we got our Kaia 5.5 years ago. We buy her food patty from my Perfect Pet there since they offer them. Then we moved to Los Angeles and started to go to the Colorado location in Pasadena. We love the varieties of different top treats for Kaia. Now they also opened another location in Duarte, which is even closer than Pasadena for us with a dog self wash service! We bought a frequent dog wash card. It's super clean and no time limit with a coin like the other spots we've been to. It's great. Thank you for providing a nice area to bathe our little girl.”

“We just got a puppy and needed supplies! PetCo was more affordable than one of their competitors, where we went first Our puppy did not care for those toys much so we tried PetCo. “This one stop shop has a lot of products for dogs including clothes, blankets, toys of all sorts, treats, Bully sticks, and inhouse baked cookies and other treats. We stopped by twice out of curiosity and to see if we could get our dog some enrichment while on a trip. During our second visit the person at the register offered our dog beef liver treat which our dog really enjoyed. We ended up purchasing a bag and she spent the rest of our trip enjoying them whenever she was on her best behavior. They also offer a self dog washing service in a first come- first serve basis. Which is likely very useful if your dog has made it out to the beach. It's worth a visit if you are visiting with your dog or simply want to bring something back for your dog.”

“HB Vet always gives me the best care . They are all compassionate and love all the animals that come through their doors. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind, and here is the plus so is the staff. the front desk girls and the vet techs all are kind and loving !! I highly recommend”

“This place is the best!! All of the staff are so kind and helpful, especially Karen! We had the best time letting our dogs hunt for easter eggs and get a nice bath. The self-bathing stations are amazing and such a great option! Plus all of the dog toys and treats, a wide selection! Cannot recommend this place enough!!”

“Petsmart daycare is fantastic! Our puppy goes to daycare off and on. Recently we had work done at our home and she went due to anxiety of workers being in home. It’s so nice to have an update in their report cards. All staff really care about the dogs. She was ready to go home, and slipped out of her collar and ran towards the door. 4-5 staff went to help retrieve her. I was very happy to have the assistance. Bravo !”

“Friend and I went to the village for the first time and we ended up at this store. The owner(can't remember her name) was very kind and helpful. She had the cutest dog essentials and things that any lucky dog would love to wear. She ended up telling us about the history of the village, her family, info on other stores and gave us a mini tour of the area. She went above and beyond for us. If you are around I would highly recommend supporting her business. There are not enough kind people like her in this world.”

“Last time I have ordered from them was few years ago, I immediately received the order confirmation, etc. The communication and response from the owners was prompt. This time around, haven't received any communication after having placed the order for over a week. Eventually the order confirmation did come through and the order showed up at my doorstep few days later. I think maybe they are understaffed or something. Nevertheless, I think it's important to support vegan businesses, especially if they are struggling. Would be buying from them again.”

“Karen is always so helpful and kind. She knows the answers to all my questions and is always there at the posted business hours. She does take a scheduled lunch at the exact same time everyday so for that other post saying she’s unavailable, you probably go around the same time she’s at lunch. All the vet techs know the time she’s at lunch so you know when to come back.My dogs have been on this food for over 6 months and no issues and I have some sensitive and picky dogs!! Since switching to this food both of my dogs have silkier coats, less paw licking, no itching, and the grey around their little faces/muzzles has diminished!!! I have also been able to cut the acid reducing medicine and/or canned pumpkin for my boy because he doesn’t spit up bile anymore. The Just Food For Dogs probiotics have helped with the tearing under my girls eyes. I buy different flavors but switch every other bag to the joint supplement flavor because it has the joint supplements added to the food! Keeping my ten year old dogs as puppy like as possible is the goal and I’m going to keep them on this food!!Karen also gives you a freezer travel bag to keep the foods cold until you get home. She also gave my pups some of their treats to sample and we were sold, no upset tummies and they love the salmon and seasonal pumpkin ones!Thank you Just Food For Dogs and Karen!
