“Tom and Eileen at Pacific Coast Custom Design have now done two major remodels for us in the last three years, and they are amazing. We had a major leak in our old house and had a few contractors come out to quote the job and none of them were ever able to get us a written quote in a timely manner even though this was a major job ($100k+). I think Eileen was the fourth contractor we had come out because the other three couldn't even bother to get us quotes. She was on time, personable, and sent us a detailed written quote the next day. Most of all, my wife loved her, so it was a very easy decision to use her company. They were a pleasure to work with during the design process and made things very easy for a couple who had never done any remodeling before. Ultimately, they built us a new kitchen, new laundry room, remodeled the master bath, new floors in the whole house, tile work, etc., and all of the work was top notch and finished on time. When we bought a new house earlier this year that needed some work we didn't even consider any other contractors, and our experience working with them a second time was just as good. Eileen has a great design eye, which really helped us during both remodels. Tom is on-site with his subs and the finished product in both of our houses has been incredible. Bottom line, Tom and Eileen are honest, fair, reliable, and just nice people, which you don't always find in their industry. Do not hesitate to use them for your next remodel.”
