“I found the original Cabinet experts through their high ratings on yelp so I decided to call them and I'm so glad that I did I hired Mo to remodel my kitchen and refinish all my bathrooms, laundry room, etc. the remodel took about 2 1/2 weeks they did an amazing job Everything was done, professionally clean, very communicative through the whole process and the cabinets where beyond amazing the material they use the quality I have never ever experienced this type of professionalism without any hiccups from any other contractors.I will hire the original cabinet experts over and over again, and I will use them for other projects with my investment properties and will refer to family and friends.Thank you for my beautiful new home and I will post some before and after so that you see the quality of work at this company offers.”

“Jeanine the owner is very quick with responding with my husband when we are trying to look for remodeling companies to work with. JEM Remodel & Construction did our kitchen and all bathrooms remodeling. I wanted to acknowledge Emily for being so hands on in all aspects of the job requires with excellent workmanship. She quickly responds to concerns and definitely great with troubleshooting. Highly recommending them! Work is efficient and in timely manner, there may be some rescheduling but with acceptable reasons such as depending on appliance delivery. Therefore, communication is what we just always wanted from them and they definitely update us on time. You just have to let them know what you need/want from them so they are aware of your expectations. Also with cost I can say it is on the reasonable quote and end result met all my expectations. Kitchen now is bright and modern clean looking. Definitely been more inspired to be cooking and baking more than before. Same as our bathroom nice and neat very minimalist. All their workers are very professional. I would definitely recommend them and we will for sure use JEM again in the future for other parts of our house!”

“Today was my second purchase at Builder's Surplus. The selection is amazing, and the quality of the bathroom vanities I bought last year and today are great for the price. No particle board, plywood box construction with solid maple doors, drawer fronts and frame. The granite vanity top I bought with preinstalled sinks is beautiful, also at a great price. The showroom is well laid out, although it can be a bit busy sometiomes. The sales staff know their product well and were friendly and helpful on both visits, as were the loading dock staff. Be aware that they accept cash or debit cards only - no credit cards. Once you take delivery of your items, they state there are no returns or exchanges. Everything you purchase is removed from the box so you can inspect it before you drive away. This place was recommended to me. I am happy to recommend it to you. I would not hesitate to shop here again should the need arise.”

“We recently remodeled our kitchen and our budget was limited. Our contractor sent us over to look and choose whale wanted. There isn't an expansive selection, but fit our needs. Actually, not having a huge selection helped me because I just get overwhelmed. I found the cabinets that would fit the design I wanted and the counter tops hat complimented them. Pricing was so much better than anywhere else I looked, but that might have to do with the contractor you use. This business does not sell to the general public, but you are entitled to come in and look.”

“We visited Floor and Decor in Santa Ana and were overwhelmed with the selection of products on offer. We were told to get an appointment with a designer that can help us with our project. We were lucky to get an appointment with Michele Allen. She was amazing, knowledgeable and super patient. She explained all the different products and gave us the pros and cons of all of them. She helped us select the right products for our project. I trusted her judgement and I am very happy and satisfied we did. We selected all our needs, based on her recommendations.A couple of our items had a lead time and since we were in a crunch for time, we hoped that they would arrive fast. Michele called us and followed up, and kept us informed as to what the status of the order was and when to expect the delivery. Alberto also was extremely helpful in assuring us that they were following up on the order and kept us informed.Floor and Decor has a great selection of materials, but most importantly it's their commitment to customer service, that sets them apart from the other big box stores.
