I hope Wawanesa choose another vendor to work with them. Enterprise sucks. Horrible customer service, the car has no windshield wipers fluids. The cwet and dirty when I picked it up. I complained and his offer was if I could wait a few minutes so they can rinse it thru again? They must have been thinking I got no life and not working?? I would never recommend this crappie service.

This enterprise works with our repair shop and has been amazing to our customers. Especially Tyler, always has a good disposition, very happy and friendly. I bet it's hard to stay that way considering how bad customers suck. Thanks to the team!

I've rented from this location at least two times and it is the only place I'll go. It is little but the people are always knowledgeable, kind and super helpful both in person and on the phone. The process goes smooth and any issue or question is handled professionally.

This place is closed on weekends. They don’t accept keys in the drop box when closed. The car rented was not that much clean. Car was not fully refueled

I have nothing negative to say about the staff at this location. Everyone was amazing. The condition of the vehicle is a complete different story. There was a gaping hole on the floor of the driver side. I was told many Toyotas have defective floorboard that is prone to this and none of their vehicles have mats. It also made very concerning noises when driving. Like the other reviews, my car was dirty, especially all the windows. So A for customer service, D for vehicle condition.

0/10. I was involved in a car accident and my car insurance set up my reservation with Enterprise. The day comes, I get picked up by Sara at Crash Collisions. While we are in the car driving to enterprise she mentions there is no available cars to rent.... You should've seen my face..I was in disbelief and shocked..how was I made a reservation to an enterprise that had no cars??? Why wasn't it mentioned before?? As we get to Enterprise I am being helped and was told there is only 1 car available and it's over my insurance budget and that they do not know when other cars would get dropped off.. I had to go to work in less than an hour, so I did not have a choice but to take it. I called my insurance and let them know of the situation. My insurance mentioned enterprise needed to call a sister enterprise to get me a car if they didn't have any available. Called Sara from enterprise after, explained the situation and all she said was, "no we do not work like that". I let my insurance handle it and was told I would receive my reimbursement from enterprise. A whole month has passed and still no reimbursement. Please do not come here. I saw the reviews and there are more customers in which this has happened to them as well. Very disappointed.

We were getting our fixed from an old accident and I needed a quote for it so the other party who hit our car could pay for it. I called and talk one of the associates, sorry I could not remember his name, and he directed me to the website and gave me instructions on how to get quote and have it sent to me. Really professional and helpful as a good salesperson should be. Appreciate the assistance.

Denied me a rental because my license looked "funky" even though it was a perfectly valid license. Think he was a bit slow. Wasted my time. Please check the "funkiness" of licenses beforehand so I don't have to Uber to your location.

Worst service ever. I spoke to Jacob on a Friday to make a reservation for Tuesday. Called on Monday to confirm they had my rental. Called Tuesday after dropping off my truck after being in an accident. And called to tell them I was on my way and they had no rental for me. After dropping off my truck I was left with no vehicle and had to find my way to another car rental location. Stay away!

I rented at this location in the past when I needed a car after my accident, the process was quick and the service was excellent. However, my recent experience was HORRIFYING! On 3/1, I was picked up by their assistant Manager from Crash Champions. At the branch, as he was checking me in and asked for my DL, I explained that my wallet was stolen over the weekend. I provided my DMV Temporary driver's license (valid), expired DL (for reference), and my passport. He told me that he couldn't rent a car to me because I had to have my physical DL. I explained that I called Enterprise in advance regarding DL and was told a temporary DL and government identification should be sufficient. I asked if he could review and double-check with a Manager or someone. He started getting a rude attitude and said he was the Assistant Manager and knew what he was doing and that his Manager would tell me the same thing. He refused to double-check with anyone. I figured he didn't want to help. I asked for my options and was advised to bring someone to rent the car. I had to contact Crash Champion and request they stop service until I could get a rental. It was extremely frustrating. I thanked the assistant manager and requested a ride back to the auto shop to pick up my car. That was the end of it. The next day I returned with my husband and was assisted by their Manager, Tyler. He showed me the only SUV he had available. Everything was fine until I asked if any discounts were available as I'm paying a portion out of pocket and have been a long-time Enterprise Plus member. His attitude immediately changed. Instead of just telling me, "No, that's the rate." He asserted he was the Manager there and I could take it or leave it. And not to ask him for any discount. He then brought up his Assistant Manager and went on to say I was walking on thin ice. I felt threatened, shocked and confused- my only response was, "I'm sorry, but there has to be some misunderstanding. What did I do." He told me he wasn't getting into the details of what his Assistant Manager said and went on to rudely ask if I wanted the car or not. Tyler was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed by his practice. As a result, my time was wasted, and I did NOT rent a car from this location. Instead, I drove over to Enterprise @ 17541 Beach Blvd . It was a breath of fresh air! I explained to the representative about my DL and showed her the documents I had. She took the docs to her manager to review, and they were able to rent the car out to ME. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Enterprise FV, please do better! I understand if you couldn't rent a car out to me, but it was the poor service and principles that was the problem.

The staff that was working there and the shuttle guys driving me back & forth to the shop where my car was being worked on were great! The only complaint that I had was the condition of the car upon picking it up. When you pay for a luxury car rental you expect everything to be perfect. Car hadn't been washed in a month easily. The guy working at the storefront said to go get a $5 car wash and they reimburse me. Why should I have to do that? He said that all they have is a bucket and sponge at there shop and that was the best they could do. Sorry. I once again paid a pretty good amount of money and I expected clean.
