This location has been nothing but a disappointment. Morgan was no help at all and made no effort in assisting me further. She was rude and hostile, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had hands down. Do not visit this location for any of your rental needs.

As always Enterprise staff gave me the best customer service anyone can receive from the beginning by picking me up at the location I was, finding the vehicle I needed even without having a reservation til the day I returned my rental, Megan from Fountain Valley, Ca branch provided all the help I needed, I'm very satisfied.
