“Love this pharmacy. I’m so happy with the attentive staff unlike the pharmacy next door to me that is run by a man who is doing his best to emulate the “soup nazi” on Seinfeld’ thank you!!”

“The service was great. Young lady saw I was looking for something and she assisted me with it. The restrooms were clean along with the rest of store. The cashier was personable and helpful as well.”

“I don't know why there's such a low score. The pharmacy is far better than CVS. They are very kind and helpful when you need help. The store is so much cleaner than CVS in our town. I used to love going into CVS when it was in the Redwood Plaza, but the new one is always filthy and disgusting. I much prefer Rite Aid. They have what I need here in terms of sundries and pharmacy needs. Big bonus if you are a visitor; postcards are only $.25 lol”

“After what felt like an abusive relationship with CVS a friend recommended Raley's and I'm so grateful they did! I stopped in to get more info on the availability of a hard to get medication and within seconds the pharmacist walked up, smiled, and made me feel valued and cared for as a potential new customer. She immediately looked up the availability of the drug in question and ordered one in advance of receiving my prescription so they'd have in on hand when I'm ready. I can't express how great the experience was and how polar opposite it was to the experience at CVS. I've moved all of my prescriptions over and will be a customer for life!”

“Crane Herbs is truly exceptional! For both herbalists and acupuncturists, I have found it to be an invaluable resource for acquiring high-quality herbs. The range of herbs they offer is extensive, catering to a diverse array of needs. What sets Crane Herbs apart is their commitment to quality assurance—they thoroughly test all their products.”

“Health First has absolutely saved me now on multiple occasions for the transitions my body is going through in perimenopause. I sought out the Health First store and staff for wrist tendonitis years ago and knew instantly after getting zero input from my medical doctor about perimenopause symptoms, to seek out their staff again as I had had such a successful experience in the past. Two years ago my complex, horrible perimenopause symptoms were resolved with Health First's high quality staff insight and supplements. Then three months ago, I developed severe debilitating acid reflux symptoms also likely due to perimenopause and through a period of trial and error, initially seeking out Health First for supplements then needing to get medical support with prescriptions and an endoscopy, I went back to Health First using the insight I gained through them initially and with their supplements have officially weaned myself off all medications (PPIs and H2 blockers) and now solely use their quality supplements. My reflux symptoms are completely manageable. It is quite literally a miracle. They helped me navigate an extremely difficult health situation. Health First has the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, incredible staff and high quality products. I can't thank them enough for helping me.”

“Only Johanna at the Pharmacy is unprofessional, rude and then nice when coworkers are there. Always has something rude to sayWhen she is by herself. She is totally unhinged. Only says Hi, when coworkers are there. Last visit she right away says. " Did you get a text?". No Hi as usual. I called 3 hours prior. She said it would be ready in an hour. Then she said. It will be a minute. I commented there were a lot of people for vaccinations. I just need one prescription. I called ahead. She said " You can see I am busy". Always rude when nobody else is there. I am changing Pharmacy because of the stress having to deal with her. Justin and Heather deserve a 5 star review.”

“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”

“Pharmacy staff are overworked, underpaid and underappreciated by their corporate overlords. Somehow the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians manage to be friendly, efficient and calm in spite of job conditions that seem designed to subdue the happiest heart. The for-profit medical services industry grinds away the humanity in even the most dedicated professionals eventually and I salute the resilience of the hardworking employees of this particular CVS pharmacy. *The rest of the store is fine, four stars, comparable to any other similar store. The *bathroom* has always been a disgusting swamp to be endured only in a true emergency where the only alternative is to publicly soil yourself. Better to race home or to use the bathroom at Starbucks than enter this cesspit. Want MRSA? You can probably get it from the soap dispenser or the doorknob in this bathroom. It seems like it might get spritzed with disinfectant every few days by horrified employees, but never professionally cleaned.”

“I've been to a few pharmacies over the years and this is the first pharmacy team that has made me feel like they actually care. They've gone out of their way to communicate about updates on medications, are always friendly and kind, and work very hard. Be sure to check out the hours before you go pick up your meds though!! They have a 45 minute (well deserved!) lunch break from 1pm to 1:45 and if you don't know beforehand, that might be a little frustrating!”

“Friendly, professional people. Good service. Not 5 stars because at times appears there's not enough staff--but that's on management, not the pharmacists and their team.”

“I love this Pharmacy and get all my medications filled here... great prices and the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient! Pharmacists are available and very knowledgeable so I get my Immunizations here too. Recommend, without a doubt!”

“We had problems getting our Covid shots approved through our BCBS insurance, using their confusing insurance cards. The busy staff at this Walgreens were patient, polite, and eventually accepted a direct call from our insurance company to walk them through the process. Incredible customer service indeed, to be sure we got our Covid and flu shots. Thanks to the get-it-done dedicated staff at Walgreens.”

“I love shopping in the Healdsburg CVS because it’s low key, well lit, clean, doesn’t smell funny and there is a tabby cat named MIKU that’s the most famous kitty in Healdsburg.”

“Had a great shopping experience at CVS today in Windsor. Needed a passport photo in a hurry. The cvs associate did a great job and I left in just a few minutes with the photo. I was also able to pick up a few items I needed at the store. One stop shopping !!”

“I can appreciate this location , the staff is helpful , although they were under staffed which is one reason why i can appreciate . I can see that when there are only a few people , sometimes only 2 working , that it is a challenging position to not only serve people but keep the place tidy and shelves stocked . I had some photos printed out and i feel like i was over charged for some duplicates that i didn't ask for but the photo copy wasn't working and they took time to fix it and were persistent on doing so .. The store was rather messy but that was because customers can be so careless and oblivious to the merch they look through which does make it hard for any employee to keep up with . I appreciate the fact that we have a Walgreens that stays open later than most . More often than not they have what i need and the staff aims to please .”
