“friends, you better trust your pharmacy and, it's staff! tuttles has been my choice for pharmaceutical care ever since 2009, when i met my then future wife who was already a client of theirs. robert and his staff are some of the most professional, ethical - concscientious people i have ever had the pleasue of, really, them working for me. from home deliveries, sometimes twice the same day and periodically, even a phone call from robert on a sunday. without exception, for those of us who depend on medication for our very life, tuttles has shown extraordinary care in carrying out their own intent and purpose in their approach to serve their fellow neighbors of humanity. they carry the highest of standards of professional acumen, again...i say professional!!! as i am a yelp contributor, this review is for one of the best! randall stevens, bennett valley- santa rosa, ca.”

“Lucky's Pharmacy in Montgomery Village was our Pharmacy for 20 years. Every Pharmacist that worked there, was Awesome! It was a sad day today, as all the Lucky's Pharmacies were closed up No other pharmacy will take their place. I will miss the conversations and the personal service knowing us by name.It was close and convenient to shop at Lucky's and get my prescriptions at the sane time. Best Wishes to all the Pharmacist's that have to search for a new job. Times are not easy right now.Thank-You for a great 20 years!”

“The service has taken huge nose dive. The pharmacists are rude. The pharmacists avoid eye contact which makes me uncomfortable. Pharmacist make decision but leave the staff to deliver the news and no one knows what is going on cause the pharmacists cannot COMMUNICATEGave 1 star this morning, 4 stars this afternoon, because when a pharmacist calls you at home and asks what went wrong and he listens to what I had to say and then apologizes. And explained to me the situation. Thank you Mike.”

“First time coming in since usually I get my meds delivered. Things went quickly though the phone was busy and it was a bit hectic for them. Bought a thermometer and some Pepto and the price was decent. I'd go again if I have to. Tiny place!”

“Awesome staff, love going here. They are always welcoming, chill, and helpful. I am grateful for them after having been to most of the other big dispensaries and feel financially and socially happier with them. Good business from what I have seen.”

“Since we moved to Santa Rosa back in 2005, we've tried juat about every pharmacy in town. Rite Aid, Walgreens and CVS are the big three in Sonoma County and Walgreens is closest to our home. We tried and tried to use Walgreens Pharmacy. We would eithr drop off our prescription or the doctor would send electronically. Go to Walgreens the next day and wait 20 minutes in line only to get to the counter and be told our prescription wasn't ready. Have a seat for another 20 minutes and then you can get your prescription. There has to be a better way. There is, it's called Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy. Once I discovered this neighborhood pharmacy, I transferred all of my prescriptions there. Mike, the pharmacist is a great to deal with, answers any questions about dosage or side effects of the medications and will follow up to my doctor with refill requests when they aren't sent right away. Chrissy, the woman that handles the computer insurance approvals and the cash register is an angel and if I ask for a phone call when they receive a prescription from my doctor, she calls me and lets me know the prescription is there. They need to clone Chrissy and send the clones over to Walgreens to get things moving. When I can't get over to Hoen Ave. to pick up my prescription, which is about 25% of the time. I ask fora delivery. They have a morning and an afternoon delivery. I have always received my prescriptions from the Tuttles Hoen driver when they are expected. They seem to have retired people doing their deliveries and they do a great job. As long as Mike and the crew at Tuttles Hoen Pharmacy keep the doors open I will continue to go there and hope that the secret about the best pharmacy in Santa Rosa doesn't get out. I'd hate t o have to wait in line 20 minutes at Tuttles Hoen Ave.”

“My daughter and I have both had issues with Sutter and our prescriptions recently and the ladies at Costco have been very helpful, especially Pamela! She has gone above and beyond for us on more than occasion. Great customer service!”

“Since I moved my mother into an assisted living facility it has been difficult for me to let go of certain tasks, like picking up my mothers medications each week. The nurse highly recommended I switch to Creekside since they do it all; match prices, deliver, bill monthly, you name it. After switching to Creekside I have to say the customer service and the care put forth by the staff was astonishing. Shane, Creekside Manager, was very helpful, as was Pat and Michele in the billing office. These guys are the best and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”

“I primarily use the pharmacy here, with occasional store items as needed. I've always found the employees to be very helpful tho not intrusive, I'm always greeted as I come in with a cheerful hello & welcome, and for convenience it's the same large parking lot as Wednesday and Saturday SR Community Farmers Market (the best!) . After using this pharmacy over several years, granted with changes in staff, I do still recommend this RiteAid branch. Any small issues I've ever encountered, such as a refill forgotten, were quickly and efficiently remedied with a quick call. Overall, both pharmacy and store encompass a very smooth and professional staff. Decent prices overall considering the convenient location, ease of parking and shopping available while waiting for Rx. Do look for the deals in the ads & /or end of season - worth checking out. Definitely recommend!”

“A few years ago I had a sick cat and I needed a prescription. Animal solutions worked with me and my vet to get the prescription that I needed in a timely manner. The team at animal solutions is fantastic. They have a couple of cats in the building who are super friendly and everybody was kind and efficient. I can highly recommend this business - in fact I've been telling all my pet owning friends about the service.”

“Switched from Mendocino CVS to this store! So glad I did! Really nice store, clean and well stocked, unlike Mendocino ave store. Staff are so nice and helpful. Pharmacist Phoebe is delightful, helpful, kind! So glad I left the rude staff at Mendocino ave! Come to Stoney Point Rd location, you will be happy you did!”

“Staff was friendly and very helpful. Whereas other pharmacies seem to be collapsing due to utter mismanagement as of late. CVS on Yulupa Ave. stands out the best I’ve seen yet. I am switching to this pharmacy.”

“Kevin is amazing always goes the extra mile to help out the customer. I truly appreciate him and those he works with. I have a brother with special needs who takes several medications and four kids so I am always getting prescriptions!”

“I have been getting prescriptions since August from a car accident injury that keeps resurfacing. I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with the clinic over this situation and still in pain, in October. A misunderstanding with dosage led me to not receiving pain patches, the only thing that was helping. I felt empathy and extremely sweet character from the older, Asian pharmacist that has been witnessing my struggle. I appreciate him so much. Sometimes I've waited a bit longer than promised, when he hasn't been there, that's why only 4 stars. Never a specific issue with anyone else but He is just the best!”

“I've had interactions with a couple people working at this store and they weren't the best. The lack of normal social skills is strong at this location, but I dealt with a guy named Melky the other day and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Need more employees like him to get hired.”

“I took my 6 month, Standard Poodle, in to Plaza Grooming, on Saturday. Tiffany did a fantastic job with him..when I picked him up he was not stressed out. I was worried because it was his first time with an outside groomer..”

“The pharmacy department is well staffed and organized along with knowledgeable employees that are friendly and efficient. The remaining areas of the store have been well stocked with items that are always out when I go to Target so this is my go-to store for my meds, vaccines and a few other assorted items.”

“5 stars for Store Manager AJ. AJ went way out of his way to help me with an Amazon return that Amazon made impossible to complete. Who the hell has a home printer in 2024, Amazon?! AJ did his level best with what he had and I am thankful.AJ I promised to give you a positive review and here it is. Don't stop being you! You are awesome! Also, sorry I got kinda Karen on the two other employees. No excuses, Mea Culpa.”

“I am giving them five stars because they deserve it. I go in monthly for my medication, which is a controlled substance. Every other pharmacy in my last 7+ years of recovery from opioid addiction has treated me less than, or like I'm a criminal because of the specific medication I'm on. This pharmacy has not one single time EVER greeted me with anything less than smiling faces, hi, how are you's, and have a great day when I'm leaving. They're quick and always have my meds in stock. The pharmacist herself is an absolute angel. She always goes out of her way to smile and say hello and goodbye. Thank you vista pharmacy, for treating me like a human being and for always being so courteous. I can't thank you all enough for your continuous kindness. 5+ stars!!!”

“Me, my wife, and our daughter were there to pick up prescription last Wednesday evening. This was not gonna be an ordinary prescription pickup because the cost should be covered by my wife's Disability Insurance. We were told over the phone by Rite Aid pharmacy that if my wife's Disability Insurance confirms the prescription.. There will be no copay. If they don't get a confirmation.. there will be an $80 copay. Well... previous experiences from my wife's Disability Insurance company made me think that we will be paying the copay and then hopefully get a refund from that company later on. I was ready to pay the copay when we were told by the Pharmacist that she called my wife's Disability Insurance company and she was able to confirm the prescription. We were all pleasantly surprised and I just wanna say "thank you" again to the very nice Pharmacist at this Rite Aid. In my opinion, everybody is overworked everywhere and she could have chosen not to make the extra phone call but she still did and she saved us the work of calling that company and getting a refund.”

“I've been to a few pharmacies over the years and this is the first pharmacy team that has made me feel like they actually care. They've gone out of their way to communicate about updates on medications, are always friendly and kind, and work very hard. Be sure to check out the hours before you go pick up your meds though!! They have a 45 minute (well deserved!) lunch break from 1pm to 1:45 and if you don't know beforehand, that might be a little frustrating!”

“Shout out to this store, none of my clipped coupons worked, and the ladies at customers service went through my whole receipt and refunded me for the problem. Im only sad there was no more to the Vodka seltzer left, but its ok this store has great people working there.”
