I went in to make a transaction and Llanely identified she could assist me as a personal banker. The situation was complicated but she was patient, heard the urgency of my needs, and exhausted all her resources to to ensure that we left with an excellent experience. She succeeded. Thank you.

Went in to get change for a 50$ bill and they said I couldn’t. Even though I have a personal account, they told me I cannot get change. The manager that told me this was a bigger lady. I will be closing my account here and moving to a different bank for my finances.

Nonsense, have to get on a waiting list to assist on credit card application, no teller ask for assistance and we went to the manager office and they gave us that nonsense! I guess they don't want our business ??
