“We usually do not go into banks but we needed to this time. We were hesitant to stop at this bank because we saw the reviews but our experience was amazing. There was only one main teller then the 3 other workers (at their desks) were with customers. The manager Vicki Gomez started inviting people from the line in to her office to help expedite the process. She was so kind and helpful, we usually do everything online or ATM so we weren't entirely sure about the whole process but she explained everything and had an amazing attitude. She had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond, she was cheerful and made us feel really comfortable.”

Robert kept it professional and said sorry we're short staff at the moment and it can't be done today, but if you pull up your Wells Fargo app you can do it that way. Me not knowing what to do. He literally walked me step by step on how to do it. Even showed me some new things on my phone I never knew before. As I'm finishing up I over heard another employee ask him if he was off.
