“Hello people of earth let me tell you sometimes the Cosmos have a way of guiding you in the right direction and that’s exactly what happened when I discovered Primera Pharmacy in Fontana. Call it fate call it karma but ever since I’ve been dealing with Radica and her wonderful staff. I’ve never been more satisfied. And pleased with My medication situation. Radica is so helpful and kind so is her staff. They even offer home delivery, which is amazing when you consider you don’t have to pick it up and it’s always on time before you need it. I can’t say enough about. Primera Pharmacy as I absolutely love it … This is an actual review from an actual patient my hand of God and I’m a Christian people …. Aimee, The pharmacist has the kindest heart ever! She goes out of her way to help the customers… I know this for a fact because when standing in line, I see how engaging she is with each customer and of course I thought it was just my husband… Lol she’s one of a kind and is the best role model (CVS) could have for their Employees!
Andreina is unbelievably sincere and thoughtful when listening and just has the biggest heart ever! Behind the counter, Vanessa always pops her head out to say hi… She is such a sweetheart! And Jeremiah is just as helpful as he can be and always, always has a smile on his face!
I don’t think I’ve ever been in an establishment where every employee Is incredibly friendly and helpful!!
There are a few other (CVS’) Especially the store next-door in Fontana, the entire pharmacy staff could take a lesson or two from every employee at this CVS inside of Target.
If for some reason, my CVS does not have a medication, I refuse to have it sent there because the staff is rude, impatient and have incredibly long lines that move extremely slow.

“My son Carlos Is a 3 year diabetic he was diagnosed at the age of 14, he was getting very sick so I called the hospital to ask what was the problem and they told me he has had insulin deprivation and he needed his insulin pen immediately, I went to the pharmacy to get him his stuff and I asked for a 31 pack of insulin pens and I was handed heart pills in a big bag. I walked home with the brown bag thinking it was diabetes pens, I handed my son the pills so he walked up to the restroom to use one and I heard the loudest scream I've ever heard it was so loud I got the shivers I ran upstairs into the restroom to see Carlos lying on the floor with pills in his hand, Well his death wasn't that bad because he did grafitti my bedroom walls because I told him to make the turkey sandwich himself because I'm no peasant, so over all I would HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and I would definitely leave a tip.God bless America”
“This pharmacy is just perfect to put it simply.I have gone to this pharmacy for most of my life, due to having many surgeries (10 to be exact).The pharmacist & workers are absolute gems, they have always helped me get my medication (either for pain or for my heart condition) as soon as they can. (Which is mostly just a couple of hours after I call).I hope this review helps you know how amazing they really are. With that being said have a nice day!”

“I don't normally participate with writing surveys but the pharmacist at CVS Target on Slover went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful for his help. I was not aware that my insurance is not accepted by CVS, however, earlier in the day I had a frustrating experience at the doctor's office and I did not want to go back to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy. The pharmacist could probably sense that I was stressed out and provided me with the upmost customer service. I did pay out of pocket but I did not mind at all because he was very courteous and even found a great coupon for me. Best customer service by far! 10 out of 10 recommend!!”

Not only did Lourdes help with cosmetics, which I had questions about, but also Robert told me information about a Thrifty ice cream scoop that I was thinking about buying. “The Rite Aid on Sierra in Fontana, has the most lazy employees ever.We called them to have them transfer my meds to another Rite Aid in Jurupa Valley, and they told us that JV had to call them, to make the transfer.JV called them and they sent only a few meds. JV couldn't send me the diabetes meds because their handwriting was NOT LEGIBLE!!So, I had to wait an extra day to get it from JV.They're lazy and don't care about Patients!”

“Usually the staff is great and helpful. Never have any issues, but lately there is this very rude female employee. Has terrible blonde hair she does herself and eyeshadow you can't miss. She has zero customer service experience. I've encountered her a few times and have gotten the same attitude ever time. I give 4 stars for the rest of the staff. Unfortunately there is always that strange one that slips through the cracks though.”

“I honestly would give them more stars if it weren't for the long wait. The girls there were working so hard. While I was in line they cleaned up everything and kept it very clean and tidy. I appreciated them and it was a high stress environment for them because of the long lines from both outside and inside. Walgreens should hire more people but as far as the people in the pharmacy, they were doing their job and moving fast. I'd say they were awesome. The pharmacy is way smaller and I think they need to expand it since there is a greater need.”

“Everyone who works there are awesome over the phone and in person. We went to get the Covid vaccine and Dr Nader the pharmacist was great with the three children. He was patient, friendly and kind. They took care of a few customers while we filled out paper work. They had their prescription ready right away.”
